Great Service from Property Manager and Letting Department. Not very happy with accounting system...You make provisions by retaining funds before the service in question is provided. Sometimes funds are deducted and retained for a number of months. When my accounts were transferred from the agency which you took over I was promised that I will get the same service previously enjoyed. They did not make provisions by retaing funds for months on end.

At every stage of the purchase, Leaders answered the phone promptly and always had the information to hand. I also received weekly updates by both phone and email, so I always knew exactly what was happening!

We received an excellent service. We bought our house whilst living overseas, which meant that we weren't able to make second visits, take measurements or walk around on completion date as you normally would, but our agent helped us to find solutions for all these things. We were very happy working with them.

Had a couple of issues where I was told that virgin had been contacted (had a last minute change of property due to rising damp) but that hadn't been done so I lost a week of getting my broadband sorted. Also council tax hadnt been informed that I'd moved in which again I have been told has happened. Little things but if you say you are doing things then you need to get them done as it makes it a more frustrating process. However the property is great!
