Excellent service from all members of staff that I dealt with. It was an extremely difficult time for me with the loss of my husband and they bent over backwards to make sure that my move could still go ahead.

Service and efficiency is excellent, only let down by the recent corporate and commercial mentality. Recently I asked that a long standing tenant that departed be sent a bunch of flowers and thank you for being a great tenant and looking after the property. The cost to. E taken from the landlord reserve. Management stopped this. Poor show in my opinion.
