The admin/ maintenance department is very good , always willing to assist landlords in all on-going matters during tenancy, including obtaining quotations and dealing with many other matters that arise. I find all Leaders staff very willing and helpful. Prospective tenants vetting procedures are very high and followed through by Leaders staff in a most proficient manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Leaders to other persons.

Our overall experience with Leaders Worthing has been good. When we first initially viewed this flat, the young lady who met us at the Property, did not have the relevant information for this particular flat as the office printer was broken. Even having the Information on her mobile phone would of been sufficient enough just so we knew the correct numbers and not just estimates. However, we did really like the Flat and decided to go ahead with the Letting. Once this process started, we were asked to hand in a copy of our Passports etc. I had a voicemail left from one of the ladies at Leaders Worthing, advising me that my Passport was Australian and that I needed to provide a Visa. My passport was in fact Austrian and I had to call three times before I got a response and an apology for the confusion. We also wanted to do some research regarding Tenants Insurance then go with the one Leaders recommends. We found this process difficult as the information we needed was not readily available. This was also with information regarding the boiler. We were told it is more than likely this type of Boiler because all new builds have them. This information turned out to be incorrect. Once we had paid the deposit and received our keys, the after service Leaders provide has been very good. Overall we have a pleasant experience, however we think there could have been more information provided from the offset.

I found Chris Trott and Tabitha very efficient, helpful and professional. They had a lot of patience with me and my numerous phone calls..it also helped that Chris was informing me every step of the way with the progress of my sale. It all went very smoothly and I'm grateful for all their help.
