Hi, Everyone is very helpful and friendly when I pop into the shop and over the phone. I'm still awaiting some decorating which I was told would happen a week after moving in (move in date 10th Dec). Would be good to have updates, that's the only negative feedback. Overall very good, just expensive fees, but that's part of renting I guess..

Brilliant service from a dedicated team. I am confident that the lettings team are managing my property to the best of their ability. We used a local lettings agent before Leaders and although cheaper, the standard of service was diabolical. Leaders are professional and actually care about my property, me the landlord and the tenant too. Worth the extra 1% on the monthly cost of the cheaper rival. 100% recommended.

Leaders have always found tenants very quickly and mostly they have been good tenants as well.

Everyone at the Worthing office has been friendly and helpful. They made the experience of of renting the house as simple and pleasant as possible. I'm really happy in the house and have just had a visit from the office to check that everything is ok
