Always have a substitute available when needed which they are actively working on.

We are still coordinating with every school to ensure appropriate accommodations are being made to limit schoolwork to 1 hour per day, coordinating return to school, educating on our program, and supporting parents in advocacy with the school. It does not feel as though the administrative burden has changed for staff, but parents do appreciate having the designated time and licensed teacher support during the program day rather than having to spend additional time on schoolwork at home.

We currently have had a substitute from the beginning of this school year which has made it difficult at times. He has not seemed as dedicated to the role and has had some instances in which he did not communicate effectively regarding schedule changes, etc. Our previous full time teacher, however, was absolutely wonderful in all ways! :)

I can't think of much, we have a really fantastic LearnWell teacher on site!

Nothing comes to mind

The comments I hear are that the current teachers are great, better than some we've had in the past. One area for improvement is to try and better match the lesson to the class skill level, which I know is challenging with such a mixed group.

There seems to be a strong focus on statistics, and desire by Learnwell for ALL children to attend tutoring -- however this is often not in the best interest of the unit. The presence of individuals in tutoring who do not have a genuine interest in completing work really takes away from everyone else who genuinely want to have a productive study session.

It has been a struggle replacing our teacher. But other than that they are great!

Substitutes being in person, I understand staffing can be hard, that would be my only thing due to the clients we serve they benefit from the face to face
