Expected further development and amenities but other than the parkade nothing has happened

Love the community, great seeing security around in the evening just to make sure everything is safe.

The outdoor parking is making an unstoppable dust every time the cars are moving.

Excellent team, always available to help. Units are spacious and beautiful. Price is competitive. Great neighbours. Pet friendly. Love that you do community events for the residents, nice touch! Also cant beat the location.Would love to see a proper bike room so my bike doesn't get ruined again (my bike got ruined sitting outside in the open all winter). Also a garbage room or at least a nice fence around them - doesn't look nice having open garbages and I wish there was a place for cans, bottles and the flexible plastics bins so I didn't alwsys have to drive to the recycling depot.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the building is well maintained, and I enjoy living here.

Rent is very expensive, especially now that rental prices are going down even with the incentives. I was not informed that a homeless man was smoking crack under my porch and broke his crack pipe outside my window. The ledge did not inform me of this and I sleep with my window open. This has caused major anxiety. The fact that it was hidden from me is very concerning

Premises were very good. Excellent neighbours. Property management personnel were tremendous, especially Sage.

Everyone who works in the office - maintenance staff are so kind and helpful!
