Saje was really accommodating by getting us into the townhouse early and we greatly appreciated that.Washing machine was not clean, filters in furnace and air purifier were not changed. Thomas and the maintenance team took care of the filters and washing machine issue very quickly, thank you.We found numerous items from previous tenants on closet shelves..We removed the items and cleaned the shelves.We also found the floors were not cleaned properly and windows in the living room area were not cleaned properly so we cleaned them. The dryer had a lot of hair and lint in the filter and vent areas. We cleaned up this ourselves.Overall we were disappointed on the level of cleanliness in the townhouse when we moved in so that is the reason for this rating level.

Expected further development and amenities but other than the parkade nothing has happened

Love the community, great seeing security around in the evening just to make sure everything is safe.
