Fast response and very kind

Amenities that attracted us to Ledge in first place are still not available (gym, golf etc) and after 2 years do not seem any closer to coming

The management at The Ledge is always very quick to respond to any requests for service at the property and always completes the work in a very timely manner!

Very efficient- sent in online and next morning it was fixed

Simple, streamlined and efficient

I asked the service guy as I was passing him by in the parking lot, he gave me a few options and one of them was doing it now with him. He could have just passed the buck to the folks in the office but he went into the app, and told me to expect a call in the morning. I got the call as expected, he showed up at a convenient time for me.
