Parking lot and security not optimal. There’s no day time security and we’ve had some issues with vagrants. We’ve had issues with toilets/ plumbing, doors. Ameneties not built. Outdoor storage area not at all secure. Several neighbours have had bikes stolen. I’m too scared to leave anything underneath my place, it’s not ideal. The bottom floors on the bottom units are too dark.The ledge is in a great location. Good neighbours for the most part. The top floors of the units are nice. Allows pets and feels family friendly.

Rob was nothing short of amazing taking care of my maintenance request. He went above and beyond what I could have asked for in assisting the issue in my home. He communicated thoroughly everything he was doing and any further information I needed to make an informed decision. I really appreciated his help and it made my day he was able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. Would recommend him to anyone!

Maintenance guys are amazing. Took care of every issue and they are nice to deal with. They are an exception compared to what I have seen I the past.
