Maintenance and upkeep of the property is well done.Management is always available to address any concerns that we may have.

The town houses are very nice. Great location, dog friendly, maintained well. If any service is needed they are on top of it very quickly and positively.

On time, fix properly.

- Nice suite layout but 45 steps from street to upstairs. I'm not getting any younger!!- Feels like there is a lack of security as there are: lots of walk-throughs, parking in load zones, smoking in public non-smoking zones.- Noisy. I am in 405 and have noise from 403 that is mostly music that I can hear clearly. Also noise from 406 below me and can hear chairs and toys and crying child. Also the A/C unit makes a constant drone that if likely an unbalanced belt drive.- Dirtying and dusty. With the wind blowing the dust from the west gets picked up from the gravel parkings area and leaves handrails, front steps, windows dirty ... and despite filters ... the interior required dusting every other week.- Uncertain future of the Ledge. Initially, I understood the "bigger picture" for the development of facilities, the parking garage, additional structures ... but that seem to be on hold at best and possibly cancelled.

High quality suites, friendly understanding and very helpful staff. The atmosphere here is excellent for professionals and families alike

Not very soundproof. Always kids screaming outside my apartment. Love to see kids playing outside but sometimes.. just a little much

The management is excellent, the space is decent. The dirt parking lots are problematic and the garbage bins and dog receptacles are very pungent especially in the warmer weather and can be smelled in the apartment.
