High quality suites, friendly understanding and very helpful staff. The atmosphere here is excellent for professionals and families alike

Not very soundproof. Always kids screaming outside my apartment. Love to see kids playing outside but sometimes.. just a little much

The management is excellent, the space is decent. The dirt parking lots are problematic and the garbage bins and dog receptacles are very pungent especially in the warmer weather and can be smelled in the apartment.

Easy to schedule. Showed up right on time and very respectful of home

Parking lot and security not optimal. There’s no day time security and we’ve had some issues with vagrants. We’ve had issues with toilets/ plumbing, doors. Ameneties not built. Outdoor storage area not at all secure. Several neighbours have had bikes stolen. I’m too scared to leave anything underneath my place, it’s not ideal. The bottom floors on the bottom units are too dark.The ledge is in a great location. Good neighbours for the most part. The top floors of the units are nice. Allows pets and feels family friendly.

Rob was nothing short of amazing taking care of my maintenance request. He went above and beyond what I could have asked for in assisting the issue in my home. He communicated thoroughly everything he was doing and any further information I needed to make an informed decision.
