Amenities that attracted us to Ledge in first place are still not available (gym, golf etc) and after 2 years do not seem any closer to coming

The management at The Ledge is always very quick to respond to any requests for service at the property and always completes the work in a very timely manner!

The community feel, activities for families and the social culture made it feel like a home

The suite itself is beautiful! The community that is being established, the grounds, the location and the events that the Ledge hosts are wonderful! Took a point off because we stare at a half-finished parking garage and overfilled garbage bins every day and that is really wearing

Steve arrived on time and explained everything that he was doing so that we could understand why the heat in our unit was so elevated in our bedrooms.
