Everyone was very welcoming and kind. The staff explained everything they were doing to Avery (my child) so she understood and was comfortable.

I loved everything about it except I wish the dental hygienist who cleaned his teeth could’ve been more sensitive to his needs/sensitivities/fears. She didn’t ask me at all about his past experiences or what things might be triggering or bothersome to him. She acted like I wasn’t even there and seemed annoyed when I was trying to help my son during his first dental cleaning. Saying things like “I have other children I need to get to” or “we could’ve been done by now” are not helpful to a six year old who is scared and crying and saying things like “I’m not ready” or “that hurts me”. She acted more annoyed than empathetic that Maverick was having a hard time with his first ever cleaning and even more annoyed that I was trying to be helpful to him because she wasn’t. If she would’ve asked me questions I could’ve explained to her that he will probably not like the toothpaste flavor/texture and that a dental hook going into his mouth will probably scare him. She didn’t seem to care and it was incredibly disheartening as a parent to watch my child struggle and have a dental hygienist have little to no empathy when I’m doing my best to make the dentist a positive experience for my son. The ladies who helped Maverick with his x ray were great and displayed the empathy, understanding and patience I was hoping for.

I loved the faculty, the dr and the support staff

The entire staff is so kid focused, my daughter had an amazing experience in the office and in the chair. My husband and I are throughly satisfied with the customer service and well as with the treatment provided.

The dental hygienists were friendly, but abrupt, felt rushed/forced, and not as gentle as we are accustomed to.

I brought my 16-month-old for his first visit, and everyone from the receptionist, the dental hygienist the dentist - EVERYONE - was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly. I genuinely felt supported and, as a first time mom with severe dental anxiety, this was so crucial for me. I can’t put into words how amazing this team is. Thank you to every single woman in that office. I can tell they genuinely love their jobs.
