Hello, I look forward to meeting with you to address your questions about Red Cliffs Post Acute & scheduling a tour. All staff here at Red Cliffs are here to address any concerns you may have! Everyone here at Red Cliffs knows it can be hard, scary, & nerve-racking to place your loved ones in a skilled nursing facility! (Whether it be for rehab- short-term stay or long-term care.) Your staff and family atmosphere is why we chose your facility over others in the area. Fawn has done an exceptional job getting a very stubborn mother to shower and finding a way to get her urine soaked clothing out to the laundry before she wakes and refuses. Thank you Fawn!! The only anrea for improvement is it needs some updating and deferred maintenance attention.

Logan is doing a great job being visible and available as is Renee. Logan does chores that need attention and steps up when needed. Meals aren't as good as when I moved in 17 months ago but I know prices have increased

I am more than satisfied with the entire package. I believe my dad is well cared for and I appreciate everything you guys do to make his experience as good as it can be.
