Hugo was absolutely amazing! He was very kind and honest and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be recommending everyone to him!Hugo and his finance team were amazing! They were very kind and upfront about everything. They made this the easiest car buying experience!

Waiting area is extremely small and cramped.I do not know if WIFI is provided.Mitsubishi should wash the vehicle before returning to customer.The menu of services provided is too limiting.

just felt he ruled out the factory problem immediately.This car has only 55,000 miles on it, and this is my second set of tires. I purchased a top-of-the-line set of 60,000-mile tires. First set I had to change at about 24,500 because the right rear was down to wear bars. This set was again 25,000 right rear down to wear bars; others had at least another 15,000 miles on them (my opinion). I ran a tire shop for 10 years, and we do tires where I work now. So I consider myself at least knowledgeable about tires.My Question to the service person was, is there a chance that since two sets of tires did the same thing, the alignment could have been off from day one! Quick answer, the car has 55,000 miles on it, so it could not have been the factory alignment.I understand tread depth on all wheel drives (if the car had been in our shop i would have insisted they get a new set of tires or possibly damage the drive train. New tires were not even brought up. So the next day i bought tires from my shop.I understand it was out of alignment, but my question was how long.
