With the change in process that I didn’t know about – I have no idea if the other fluids in the car that go along with an oil change are fine or if there are other concerns with the car. In the past, this is always been discussed and I was given a sheet that explained any concerns.I was not informed and have no idea about the multiservice inspection that was listed above. This was always provided at my previous visits. And to be told that brand new windshield wipers need to be replaced when they were new and they could not be adjusted – do they notrealize that they can be adjusted obviously not – kind of a disturbing visit and not knowing if my car had the fluids replaced or refilled or if there are other concerns.Having the last oil change at 3:30 Monday through Friday is not very convenient. This will unfortunately impact scheduling because 8 to 330 is during the workday and does not give those working a chance to get their oil changed at this facility.

Nothing.The screen was recalled on my vehicle. I came in a few months ago to get mine checked to see about getting it replaced as part of the recall, since touch screen wasn't working at all. I was informed it would be a few months but would receive a call when the part came in. It was a couple month wait, but as soon as it came in I received said call. Scheduled an appt and added an oil change also. Both the screen replacement and oil change were completed quite quickly.I purchased my car here and get it serviced here for most of my vehicle needs. My experience has always been great!

when he finally showed up took my keys. That it. I had to ask how long it might be & how I would be notified.They don’t even vacuum it like the drive in services doAfter the way I’ve been treated in the 2 visits I’ve made in the past 4 months I don’t even trust that the work that was done. All I got was some paperwork handed to me.Never been treated so poorly at a dealership. Not once. But twice.At the time of drop off no one told me where to go when I returned for my car. So once again I waited in the service box. Finally was told to go to another area where I was handed my paper work & keys. That’s it. Nothing else.My appt was made for me when I purchased the car. No one greeted me. I stood there waiting no one came to talk to me. I finally went to a door window on the shop to flag someone down. A mechanic said there wasn’t anyone right now.When a person did show up no greeting no explanation of why
