Neutral.I was told that I needed a new battery when I had just bought a new one and had it installed by Leskovar Mitsubishi less than two years ago. Now, you want me to buy anther one? I replaced the part that charges the battery and was never told if it improved the battery. My son had a chess lesson and was plugged into a chair outlet the entire time during the service. However, his computer died so that means the chair didn't really have electricity, just the appearance of it. Chess lessons are $90 an hour and having his computer die was more than upsetting. How would I know if the work was done correctly? I'm assuming it isn't correct since I wasn't told the new part fixed the battery. Therefore, my assumption is that I was sold a bad battery by Leskovar Mitsubishi.I am very upset that I don't know the impact of the new part with the battery. Earl said that replacing it should impact the connection to the battery but I was never given an update on performance after that part was installed. So did I buy it for nothing? Was I sold a bad battery by Leskovar Mitsubishi? How would I know if technology was used effectively if nothing was communicated to me?Look, we are a hockey family and live in that car. It's never going to be clean. But my radio was on a different channel and they could take five minutes to vacuum the driver's side.I was planning on trading in my car, that I bought new, at Leskovar Mitsubishi next year, as we approach the 80k mark. However, due to the last service appointment, I'm not sure I'll be back at all. I have consistently maintained this vehicle for the past seven years at Leskovar Mitsubishi and already felt taken advantage of when I purchased a new battery less than two years ago for $200 plus installation. Now, they are telling me I need a new battery? Another $200? This doesn't feel trustworthy. Now, I'm doubting every service I've ever had there. I certainly won't be buying another new vehicle from them.No test was performed to see if the new charge heads improved the reaction of the battery. No information regarding this was communicated.I was staying in the waiting room but I've been told in the past that they don't have loaner cars.
