I went to drop off my care after office hour. There was no envelope to place my key to drop off. But the back door was open but no one was there to help me. Some staff were in the show room but not helped me. (did not notice me)They did not explain before or during process because I dropped off the car in previous night.It was as was, not clean or dirty. just they did not "clean" my car.They should not use "do not reply" email to communicate customer.My first service should be free of charge but they charged me $58. I was confused but there was no way to ask about this charge (they communicate bad). As I got bill they told me that the charge was auto-fill in their software and actually it was free of charge.None of above.They auto emailed me with do-not-reply email address. I thought that the service is every 7K but they scheduled at 3K. Phone call is not convenient for me but that is only the option to communicate them.

ImpressedLeskovar mitsubishi dealership is hidden gem in Kennewick, WA. It was my first experience with them before got couple experiences with another dealerships. This guys really impressed me. Them customer service, deal process. Finance everything were neat and clean and smooth and fast and simple. They won my heart. I went over there buy outlander sport but samantha explained more about outlander phev. Also offered me best deal on it.Which is best fit to me and my faimly and i got that. Whole staff is easy pissy and respectfuly treating everyone. I recommend everyone who wanna buy car just give them chance first and you guys will glad after done dealAgain specially thanks you Samantha. Your positive behavior in starting of process by communication was best. Which gave me confidence drive 2 hours to reach to you and done deal same day.
