The customer service was impeccable! Every person that assisted my husband and I was top of the line! I had answers for every question I asked! It was a great experience for us and we will return there again for another car. We will send and recommend others to your dealershipthat want the same service and treatment we were given! Be more professional about trying to sell additiional items such as extended warranty. And make sure the purchaser has all the paperwork associated with additional items.Extended warranty details were not given to me even after my purchase.Everything was fine until we sat with the dealer's money guy. He was high-pressuring us to buy the extended warranty and other items. We denied everything except the extended warranty, which sounded good. Unfortunately, the dealer never provided paperwork about the warranty. So we don't know what is covered and what is not. Definitely not a responsible way a dealership should be run.Seemed to use high-pressure sales tactics for additional items once they know you want to buy a vehicle.One car was shown on the site, but was not present on the lot. Not a deal-breaker, but inventory on site should be updated daily.
