See my comments as to why I gave an 8 instead of a 10The oil change was done as always, perfect. What warranted this rating is the advisory sheet I was given regarding things they checked for possible work in the future. They looked at my brakes and put that the front brakes were good at 7mm. The back brakes was put down as being 5mm. That didn't sit too well with me because I had my brakes serviced and changed out in May from another automotive place. I went back to the one who did the brakes and they rechecked them and they are actually at 8mm front and 8mm back. I reported this to Earl in the service area and he said he didn't understand that. The technician who worked on my car is Alex something. Earl said he'd never worked with him before. I got the feeling this Alex was trying to drive up business for them and that I maybe was a ding dong female who wouldn't know the difference. Well I'm not. I suggested this to Earl and he didn't feel that was the case but I'm not convinced. If he wasn't trying to do that then I apologize and would suggest somebody check to see that Alex knows how to properly check the brake pads. In the future I hope to give you a 10 on the survey.

Sam was amazing! She made the process stressless. She showed us multiple options and never once pressured me. I had been looking for a car for awhile but the sales people put pressure on me and it shut me down. I bought the car because she did not pressure me! She listened to what I WANTED! THANK YOU SAM!

For the second appointment we had to change the time twice and the person scheduling was very nice about it and didn't act like it was any trouble to accommodate what we needed.When I brought my car in for a recall service, the technician noticed two other issues that were under warranty and suggested that I make an appointment to have those things fixed. Also the oil change cost less than it does at the local drop in service I used last time.

I just have to say the whole sales team was great I've never purchased a car that quickly and so easily it was over all a great experience.Orlando was great help since the moment we met him and he made the buying experience the easiest and fastest I've ever experienced.
