My last visit, my friends and I purchased 2-hour passes, not realizing the facility would close in just 1.5 hours. No workers informed us of this before the purchase--which I feel is a major oversight, as not only was 25% of our time lost but our fun very abruptly ended. This does not make us leave with the feeling we want to return soon, despite how enjoyable the experience had been previously.

The price is high and prevents me from going regularly and recommending it to others. As a family of four the price point becomes restrictive.

Never change!

The instant-fail mechanism in some rooms was very frustrating. Even understanding that it's a key component of some rooms, I never got used to it or liked it! The rooms that gave us HP and took one away for every error were much easier to 'sight-read', that is, to enjoy on the first play. In rooms where part of the puzzle is just figuring out what's going on (which can be a lot of fun) I wished for errors to subtract 15 seconds from the clock or do "three strikes you're out" rather than just instantly failing.Getting zero stars feels enough like failing -- being kicked out of the room just seems punitive and breaks the flow!Okay, that was my biggest sticking point. Everything else was smooth and impressive! Some rooms were not for me (my skill at rock-climbing is pretty low) while some were hits, but I was always excited to try a new room, and repeated several of them gleefully. I particularly appreciated the ones that required cooperation. (We dueled a little, but it seemed like we couldn't win stars that way, and we'd been told to look for stars, so... we didn't explore duels as much.)

My 14 year old Son and I were so impressed with our experience, even though his new tight shoes cut it a bit shorter than either of us would have liked, we were already planning our return visit on our way out of the mall. I don't think either of us has ever had that much fun, or laughed so hard, at something we were so bad at. All the more reason to come back and get better!I'm applying for the open Senior Systems Engineer role, because I'd love to help out with what you're doing here. It's truly something that the world needs more of.Thank you, I had a great time.PS: If you're wondering why I gave the beverage the only 4 star, I'm a whiskey guy, and the old-fashioned was a little sweet for me. I'm picky. But it was still very tasty. I'll just know to ask for it less sweet next time.

The lack of information about the rooms was frustrating

The worker at the front desk was incredibly nice giving my friend who was visiting from California a souvenir sticker even tho she didn't have enough to redeem to remember them by. Truly showed my best friend an amazing time

A fun time! The hours flew by. Food was very yummy, too!
