Staff were kind on my birthday. The staff made the experience. Always willing to assist. They were easy to locate & were quick and efficient with problem solving. Everyone had a cheerful demeanor. I will definitely be returning. The place itself is lots of fun

Better directions. Let people pick their skill levels. Not everyone is the same. We spent more time waiting than actually doing challenges. My kids were excited to go. The challenges were not well explained. They weren't set for all skill levels. My kids are pretty physical and couldn't complete most of the challenges.

The survey should actually be for Level99 Tyson’s Corner. I really enjoyed the games.

Yes. I did research online before we went there and at no point did any of the advertisement tell me that the games were in separate rooms you can choose from. I was under the impression that it was one big game and you had to play them all to get through to the end. I knew there were some i couldn’t do so i made plans to sit out and kind of watch the coats and purses of our group. The ice water was very generous though.Finding out there were games i could play. I’m54 years old

Too busy. Long lines at every room. Maybe provide a dashboard so customers can see optimal times to plan visit based on trends

I really like Level 99. Only complaints are that it can get oppressively crowded and some of the audio-based rooms are impossible because of ambient noise. Some of the rooms are getting a little dated - I'd love if there could be more turnover and updates. Build one of these North of Boston!I just think this is a great place, always a lot of fun. Perfect place for my 10-year old and I to spend a day.

I would probably have had more fun if instructions or a tutorial were provided for each game, or at least a moment to orient oneself when entering a room. Several of the games simply did not work, and we were told we lost games that to our knowledge hadn't even begun yet. Many games were built for taller people and there were no warnings that the game was not suitable for adults under a certain height.I would not come back unless significantly more tutorials/instructions are provided.Honestly? Leaving.

there's like an 8-bit puzzle room that we assume is just like simon says, except i think some lights on the buttons are broken and dont light up.hanging out with friends and talking about how each challenge worked after we did one, like what we were supposed to do, what we could have done better, if we want to wait in line to retry it.

I came with 4 friends and none of our bands worked. We checked in 15 minutes early and assumed it was because our time slot hadn't started. By the time we realized there was an issue and got it resolved, we'd lost 20 minutes of game play. We had assumed the clock started when the issue was resolved and we were very disappointed when we found that wasn't the case.
