It is ridiculous that every person in the group you are visiting with has to make an account with all of their personal information, especially when you are coming with family members. It is not made clear when you sign up that this is required and so you feel like you have no choice after you've already shown up. It makes me never want to go back and to not recommend it to people I know.

I hope you target Chicago for another location. I love this place. You folks are awesome. I love that you are breathing new life into malls.I wish I could access my all time leaderboard status from the portal during game play, I can only seem to access by logging in online. Also I’d love to see what the fastest ax run time is in the venue, I can only see the scores around me when I complete it.Love you and thank you for being here.

The room with the lasers in the back where you get the gem seems to need some fog or something? I don’t understand it otherwise.

Shout out to literally all of these employees at Level99 Natick: Joe, Andrew, Tyler, Chef Rob, Oren, Cameron, Sam, Nico, Sage!!! We felt so welcomed and well-taken care of and we cannot wait to come back again!!!

A few of the rooms were unavailable towards the end of the night because they needed cleaning? But I didn’t realize it would take a few hours

I like the rooms more than the duels/puzzles. My favorite rooms are ninja & pirate themed rooms. The swinging axes are awesome.

We enjoyed our experience at Level 99. We did encounter an incident in one of the physical/mental challenges, but it luckily happened at the end of our time so we were able to leave shortly after.

My last visit, my friends and I purchased 2-hour passes, not realizing the facility would close in just 1.5 hours. No workers informed us of this before the purchase--which I feel is a major oversight, as not only was 25% of our time lost but our fun very abruptly ended. This does not make us leave with the feeling we want to return soon, despite how enjoyable the experience had been previously.

The price is high and prevents me from going regularly and recommending it to others. As a family of four the price point becomes restrictive.
