The instant-fail mechanism in some rooms was very frustrating. Even understanding that it's a key component of some rooms, I never got used to it or liked it! The rooms that gave us HP and took one away for every error were much easier to 'sight-read', that is, to enjoy on the first play. In rooms where part of the puzzle is just figuring out what's going on (which can be a lot of fun) I wished for errors to subtract 15 seconds from the clock or do "three strikes you're out" rather than just instantly failing.Getting zero stars feels enough like failing -- being kicked out of the room just seems punitive and breaks the flow!Okay, that was my biggest sticking point. Everything else was smooth and impressive! Some rooms were not for me (my skill at rock-climbing is pretty low) while some were hits, but I was always excited to try a new room, and repeated several of them gleefully. I particularly appreciated the ones that required cooperation. (We dueled a little, but it seemed like we couldn't win stars that way, and we'd been told to look for stars, so... we didn't explore duels as much.)

My 14 year old Son and I were so impressed with our experience, even though his new tight shoes cut it a bit shorter than either of us would have liked, we were already planning our return visit on our way out of the mall. I don't think either of us has ever had that much fun, or laughed so hard, at something we were so bad at. All the more reason to come back and get better!I'm applying for the open Senior Systems Engineer role, because I'd love to help out with what you're doing here. It's truly something that the world needs more of.Thank you, I had a great time.PS: If you're wondering why I gave the beverage the only 4 star, I'm a whiskey guy, and the old-fashioned was a little sweet for me. I'm picky. But it was still very tasty. I'll just know to ask for it less sweet next time.

The worker at the front desk was incredibly nice giving my friend who was visiting from California a souvenir sticker even tho she didn't have enough to redeem to remember them by. Truly showed my best friend an amazing time

We had a family of 4 there was a 13 year old girl and 15 year old brother they loved Level 99. As the Grandma I did 1 challenge the razed level cross challenge seeing who could tap the most round of lights. I ran right off the razed level trying to hit a light. I fell. My only question is could the height of the platform be lowered to prevent this happening. Not just because I'm a senior. I sat right near where this challenge was and of course wanted to try it. i saw many small children play and noticed not the height of the platform but the height to reach up was also higher than they could reach.

I was very unprepared for what the rooms would be like based on the advertisements. A single tutorial video playing on any screen that visually showed what it was like to enter a room and figure out the rules would have been incredibly helpful. The small menu of "hints" at the entry screens has no visual aid to connect the words with the concepts and this was NOT for "mystery" rooms where this sort of problem would be expected, it was nearly every room I went in, if I didn't already know the game from another setting I had no idea how to play and barely figured it out.I also feel like the physical descriptions were not detailed enough for me to predict what I could or could not do with my arthritis. "Agility" sometimes applied to games I could do entirely standing up without issue but also to games where I was required to contort my body for success like the museum heist dodging lasers and it also included games where I needed to hang from my arms and completely support my own body weight off of the floor which is not something I think the average person can do or to jump so high my 5'10" son struggled to reach the buttons and these tasks were the most difficult and came with no warning. Repeatedly failing and being unable to predict what was coming became so overwhelming for my autistic son, who has previously enjoyed 2 visits with his dad who was familiar enough with the games to guide him. He genuinely feels he might not ever want to return after this. I'm used to failing as a person with bad joints and no strength but having to plan to spend my whole first visit failing the majority of the rooms I tried due to unclear instruction is too much to still be having "fun"I am a single mom and would be unable to learn the games on my own in order to scout out the place ahead of time, and it would take me as an adult several trips to actually learn enough to have a fun time with my son without accidentally tripping into failure after failure.Having an area where smaller parties could join up "Looking for Teams" so we could recruit a strong person who might allow us to focus more on our strengths of puzzles, memory, etc or a single video tutorial would be such a huge relief

There were a significant number of minors at the location, including attachments camp group, all who were running around the location unattended. The location is marketed as for adults and it was frustrating to continually be cut off by teens without supervision. The adults were all just sitting at the tables talking. You should better enforce the supervision policy and require that adults be with kids at all times.
