We've been to Level99 3 times. This time it was overcrowded, long waits for challenges and food.The majority of challenges had not changed since our first visit roughly a year ago.We really like the challenges when we can't remember how to solve them but if we have to wait 5-7 minutes per challenge only to fail after 20 seconds, its a frustrating experience. We are unlikely to revisit unless we can be sure that it won't be overcrowded AND that new challenges have been introduced.

Allow a retry if people lose the game in the first 10 or so seconds. Several times we went into a room not understanding the challenge and nearly immediately failed

It would be nice if game pause was easier to access. We spent a lot of time waiting for rooms and did not know we could pause play time.

I wish you would bring back the Aztec room :( corn maze is decent but we all missed the similar Aztec one!!!!Great variety of rooms, very helpful staff

Will be back!Quality of most rooms. Some seemed like they needed repair but most in good shape.

I would ask that you include TVs for the bar entertainment facing the menu board is not ideal and I found myself wanting to get up and walk around instead while my family played games. A better beer / drink selection menu - it is quite limiting with craft beer, and limited cocktails -
