You should limit the number of people per the space. So people can actually go into the rooms and not have to have tons and tons of people all over them or waiting three four groups to go into a room for 2 minutes.Getting to do brain games and fun competition with my my friend that I went with.

Trying new rooms. Having new rooms is the major driving factor to returning for my group.

More staff would be nice. There is nobody monitoring the play area, and some people were breaking rules and unsupervised children was an issue.teamwork with my family, and winning the pretzel.

I would love to see a season pass or frequent customer discount of some sort. While I think the price is fair, it is prohibitive for people who want to visit more frequently. We would probably visit weekly if there were discount options! My kids are 8 years old, and they enjoyed almost every room. I appreciate that most of the rooms are possible for kids and adults alike. And the added bonus of trying to earn a t-shirt and other physical rewards is a fantastic perk!

There were way to many people there for my liking and the wait time for some rooms we're insane long. We were ran into by multiple children. Other than children running into us constantly and the room wait times and how crowded it was we had a good time.

We had a ton of fun! A great way to celebrate a birthday with friends!Fun for the whole family; loved that you could choose a room or activity based on mental or physical level before you start. Employees were so friendly and engaging, even those walking the floor checked in to ensure we had what we needed and didn't need help. The location was so big that we missed some of the rooms because we don't have enough time to explore everything. Hands down a great night out with the entire family. Highly recommend.

Wait time too long for all activities. Would only come back during "slower" periods.

There were definitely rooms we walked into and had no idea what we were supposed to do. Sometimes that was part of the fun but sometimes it was frustrating. Not such a big deal b/c we went at a non-busy time, so if we failed a room because it took too long to figure out what to do, we could easily re-enter and try again. However, if we'd gone at a busy time and had long wait times, I think this would have been very frustrating and I would have questioned whether it was worth the money. We didn't know what to expect as first-time visitors, but our whole group (two adults, two teens) had a blast. We enjoyed most of the rooms, and particularly enjoyed the lightning bolt, swinging axes and the ninja room.
