I wish you would bring back the Aztec room :( corn maze is decent but we all missed the similar Aztec one!!!!Great variety of rooms, very helpful staff

I would ask that you include TVs for the bar entertainment facing the menu board is not ideal and I found myself wanting to get up and walk around instead while my family played games. A better beer / drink selection menu - it is quite limiting with craft beer, and limited cocktails -

Kids loved the rooms. We had lunch prior to entering and were running late and were accommodated

I think our experience was ultimately dampened due to the sheer number of people that were allowed in. We spent more than half the time we paid for waiting in lines which just felt like a waste of time and money. We drove an hour cause we heard people raving about this place but I unfortunately won’t be back on a weekend.People were helpful and friendly. Some games were really fun (the disco one was AMAZING)

The staff and the manager that came up to us and asked if our experience was good. They were all just extremely nice and I would 100% come back.

we have a large group of people came (20+) the staff quickly helped us navigate through registration, introduction and answered our questions quickly!

You guys need to open more locations, and maybe a bigger level 99 not with just more rooms but bigger rooms. Not that the ones you have now aren't amazing but I think if you guys had like your own building you could make some crazy rooms with more space.Level 99 is just something different from everything else, its not just an arcade where you play on a screen or throw balls to get tickets that get you a stupid bouncy ball. Its engaging physical and mental challenges that get me excited to complete, and when you complete them you get puzzle pieces to unlock awesome prizes. I went for four hours with my friend and we each got 3 pretzels, 3 stickers, 2 snacks, a shirt, a rubberband, and we almost got the water bottle.

The cashier offered the kids pizza which was perfect for our my child' birthday day
