Trent was amazing. We had just lost time over at the providence location due to the fire alarm going off and the mall being evacuated. We got to natick and we were just looking for information about what to do and he gave us and hour and a half of time at natick. We only had about 40 minutes left in providence. Needless to say that was very nice of him and he didn’t have to do that so it was very kind of him to do

It would be nice if little kids weren’t allowed in the facility especially when advertising as an “adult playground”. Maybe allow kids 16 and older, but to come to a place where the adverb is geared toward adult and upon walking in I am met with little kids under the age of 13 sprinting toward our group and hearing them screaming the entire t was not enjoyable. There are other places w kids can go - such as Dave and Busters. If your going to market to adults, keep it for adults. Many of us are looking for places that are childless facilities due to either having grown kids or never having kids. We don’t want to be around kids like that - it’s bad enough parents take their kids to restaurants and don’t monitor them. Let alone have them run around a facility like this as feral children. I saw ONE - ONE employee attempt to slow those kids down (they were sprinting all over the place the entire time we were there) and they ignored the guy and kept going. If you want to cater to adults, then cater to adults, but do t claim your establishment is a place for adults when I saw more kids than adults in the facility at any given time.

I am excited for the upgrades to some of the rooms. So far, most of the rooms have exceeded expectations! My personal favorite is the table setting room where you need to satisfy guests with food, drink and company! I will definitly be back!

We purchased 4 hour tickets to get dinner and spend the night at the facility. We did the activities for under an hour and decided to get food and go back to the activities. As our meal came, the power went out in the facility. We never saw wait staff again until the bill was brought. No refill of drinks or asking how or meal was. We returned to the gaming area and was told to write down our email address and they will figure something out.We drove from an hour away to visit the site. I understand the power outage was not in the control of the employee, but the way it was handled was terrible.
