It would be great if there were more and better labeled vegan options in the dinning area.The physical rooms (particularly the ninja rooms) were my favorite!

Please relabel the “hints” as “instructions”. We entered many rooms not having a clue what to do. Also, please inform us that we can pause our gameplay time. Would have been nice to know before grabbing a drink, eating, and using the bathroom.Axe run

The check in process was quite complex, it would be great to see this process streamlined for easier use.Level 99's staff was excellent at guiding us through the complicated check in process. They had expertise in how to navigate our party of 6 needs. The place was busy so some of the rooms required more wait times than others. The place was clean and the staff inside were friendly and helpful. Our party than had a sit down meal at the Nightshift Brewing company and our server, Madison was amazing! She accommodated our many food sensitivities, was attentive, timely and helped my daughter celebrate her 13th birthday with the staff singing to her and a free dessert! It was an overall great experience!

It was a lot of fun! A few younger kids were running around a lot, and causing some ruckus but I assume if staff wasn't saying anything, it didnt warrant them stopping. It was a tad disturbing at times, especially when kids bump into you because they finish the room and try to sprint back to the beginning to re-do it.We enjoyed the new rooms! It is nice when rooms rotate in and out, although we say goodbye to rooms we liked. but it was a lot of fun!

I went to the bathroom at the end of our stay, and it was wrecked. Really dirty. I know humans are a lot…so not surprising, but that’s an area that needed some help.Uniqueness of the experience and being with family and friends.

Level 99 is a great unique experience. Well done.We traveled two hours from Connecticut to visit Level 99. We were greeted at the kiosk by Jim. All of the staff members we met, couldn’t have been any nicer.As far as the restaurant, the food and the service absolutely exceeded our expectations.To sum it up, the staff was great, the rooms were great, and the food was great. Great job everyone.

The manager of the restaurant and our server were both incredibly kind and made sure we didn’t have to rush through our meal to make our reservation time. The manager went above and beyond answering our questions about the games and how my (older) parents might be able to participate. He was genuinely helpful and I have relayed the excellent customer service we received to several friends already and recommended they go to Level 99.

I completely appreciate that a team member understood our desire to do one more thing and made it possible!I had no idea what we were walking into but the staff helped us get acclimated and then we were off. The ninja room was high on the list but we came for the swinging axes. Before we got to them we ran out of time, a team member kindly gave us each 15 more minutes and absolutely made our day!
