The rooms that require you to listen to sounds/sound effects would be good if they could be more soundproofed (possibly a ceiling added) as it was very hard to hear sometimes with the music and other visitors outside the rooms

We had a lot of fun and there was a lot to do but there were so many people! The wait times were a little longer than expected, but overall a great time. Some of the children seemed to be unsupervised or just not well disciplined because there were some cutting in-front of others that were waiting for rooms or about to go into rooms.

It is too loud, consider installing some acoustic dampering.

No highlights. I can see how Level 99 would be a really good time, but it was overwhelming for me due to being a first timer. There were too many people there and the games came with no instructions. We waited to play and didn’t know what was going on, so we had to exit pretty quickly. After a few rooms, we gave up and just got food.

How can i get in on this as an investment? :)I liked that you use gaming tactics to keep the kids involved and working to level up. I get the name now. Fun concept. I was very impressed.

Some of the rooms were very confusing, I had no idea what to do and there was no instructions. Some rooms would allow you a few chances and others would kick you out if you got one thing wrong. It would be nice for there to be some consistency and real help if needed.Enjoyed the challenges as a family and being able to get drinks

many games were not well explained or had to play them 2-3x to understand - some games required listening and was too loud to hear - other games had count down clocks but required you to enter the room and separate tiles etc which wasted time needed to complete task

When we selected a time for my daughter's birthday, I expected that there would be some sort of cap placed on the number of people allowed in the space at once. It was a mob scene and very unappealing for a 11 year old's birthday with 15 kids.

Just a super fun experience. Great for group of friends or family. Definitely will come back
