Expensive. While fun, the value for the activity just wasn’t worth it

All staff were amazing. They were personable, knowledgeable and answer the questions quickly without him and calling or looking as if they are reading off the script. Every staff member we saw was smiling and checking to see if we needed anything.

Too many unsupervised children who were running around everywhere. there was barely any place to sit down to eat between the parents hanging out and the reserved tables.the team members are literally amazing and so helpful.

The people at the beginning (registration) were fantastic.

Some of the footholds are way too small for adults to safely use, my partner was not able to fully participate without risking injury

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I wanted a tee shirt in a different size and they went above and beyond to try and find it. Our waiter, Russell was wonderful! When the manager came to check on us he told us a little of the history of Level 99. It was fun to hear. All the staff we encountered were eager to make our experience the best it could be without being overbearing. The rooms were fun and the right level of challenge. It was a nice balance of physical and mental challenge. The rooms were clearly defined and I was aware of which ones might be too physically challenging. The food was to die for and reasonably priced. We ate both lunch and dinner there! Will be back! Thanks for a fun filled day!

We were really disappointed in the fact that we worked so hard to unlock snacks. But then, when we went to redeem them, we were told the kitchen closed and hour before closing. But, we were not told that beforehand! If the kitchen closes then, I wish we would have been told somewhere somehow... That was really frustrating, especially since we were very hungry and were expecting our snack prizes to help tide us over until we could get food later, but then we felt cheated when we couldn't eat :(The games are always a fun time, and I love working toward getting snacks as rewards. Having a tangible goal definitely adds to the experience!
