We had a ton of fun! A great way to celebrate a birthday with friends!Fun for the whole family; loved that you could choose a room or activity based on mental or physical level before you start. Employees were so friendly and engaging, even those walking the floor checked in to ensure we had what we needed and didn't need help. The location was so big that we missed some of the rooms because we don't have enough time to explore everything. Hands down a great night out with the entire family. Highly recommend.

Wait time too long for all activities. Would only come back during "slower" periods.

There were definitely rooms we walked into and had no idea what we were supposed to do. Sometimes that was part of the fun but sometimes it was frustrating. Not such a big deal b/c we went at a non-busy time, so if we failed a room because it took too long to figure out what to do, we could easily re-enter and try again. However, if we'd gone at a busy time and had long wait times, I think this would have been very frustrating and I would have questioned whether it was worth the money.We didn't know what to expect as first-time visitors, but our whole group (two adults, two teens) had a blast. We enjoyed most of the rooms, and particularly enjoyed the lightning bolt, swinging axes and the ninja room.

Overall was fun just would suggest changesLoved some of the rooms however the line experience and instructions on each room weren’t the best. I’d recommend clearer instructions as well as a way to do a virtual que for each room that way your not standing in place for 10 minutes wasting your time to go into a room

Charlie & Candy factory bit confusingGreat Customer service especially, at entrance. We really enjoyed some of the game rooms for memory and physical challenges + pinball a favorite but we had many favorites.

We went for my son's birthday with some friends and they all had fun!

There needs to be directions posted on the outside of each room or a quick video on how to complete the task in each room. There should also be a map or a QR code we can scan for a map of each room.

The information/explainers for each of the rooms would have been helpful if they were a bit more clear and obvious to users. We went into some rooms and had absolutely no idea what to do.The variety of rooms was excellent. There was something for everyone!

I forget what it was called, but there was a new room called "brain (something)" that was trivia based. That was my favorite by far!!!
