Getting all the stars I needed in Natick!! Meeting Joe who was amazing Anda treated us like vip!! Can't wait to get more stars in CT soon!!!

We did have one issue where someone opened the exit door on us while we were playing the flux room. We were doing really great in there and then it was cut short twice when someone reached under and stopped our play by opening the exit door.We had a few rooms that we needed completion on, and we were able to get 3 stars on 2 of them with 2 to go!

I like the challenge of each room, but the lack of description of each rooms mission was in some cases frustrating. In one room there were pieces missing so completing the puzzle was impossible.

There were too many kids! I was hoping for an experience geared more toward adults but there were so many teens and children there.Also the person in my party really enjoyed the challenge of getting past security cameras and was very disappointed the challenge was no longer here.

in addition to my last comment..... we, as adults, REALLY do NOT like that in order for players to enter and participate in games, they must open an account, and they have to divulge lots of personal information!!! This is ridiculous and completely unnecessary - just another tactic to sell their personal information to advertisers.

Will definitely recommend Level99 to other people we know and we’ll definitely be returning.My son’s friend was accidentally bumped and needed an ice pack. Within a couple minutes we had an ice pack and were checked on again after taking a break to make sure everything was okay. The Natick staff and facility have definitely set the bar high for the new Level99 opening near me in West Hartford CT.

what happened yesterday was theft of your customers making them spend more time waiting than even participating in a few rooms and if i was a consumer protector or lawyer i would have filed a complaint.We drove more than an hour away to visit this location following previously good experiences in providence. there were so many people participating in the challenge rooms there were greater than a ten minute wait for every single room. in my opinion you just robbed people of their money because of their time they paid to participate went to waiting. furthermore, it takes more than a few times to get familiar with a room. So basically we would wait ten minutes just for a one or two minute experience. this is not a fair offer thats a scam and you should feel bad about being thieves

We were very disappointed in the wait times for the different rooms. When I've been to level 99 in the past it's been busy but today was unacceptable. It feels like the company is trying to make a cash grab on a holiday weekend with poor weather. Having a limited entry policy implies that wait times will be acceptable, but if estimate we only did 10-12 rooms in 2 hours. Very poor value and an unpleasant visit overall.The rooms provided a good challenge and allowed us to work together
