The entire day was a highlight. The atmosphere is fantastic and it is a great place to spend time with friends and family at any age.

A little more guidance could have helped maybe just to know the main objective but I guess that is part of the challenge too .. 🤷🏻♀️We loved the ninja challenges that were physical and the rooms that combined physical and mental challenges

great idea! you guys should do a 21+ night or after 7pm is adults only, so that we can have fun too without children cutting lines and screamingloved the free water station and the hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the floor. Wait times were only 2-3 minutes. It was a great first experience and I would go back.

The lack of direction in each room made the experience very unpleasant and not enjoyable. By the time you entered the room and tried to figure out how to play, your time was up and you had to exit the room and wait again to even try and attempt it again. Also, this seemed more geared for adults, but there were way too many children running around into the rooms and they weren't even playing the games, they were just running in and out of the rooms. We did not enjoy our visit; the games are too short when you are in them and there is zero direction on how to play each room. By the time you enter the room and try to figure out what you need to do, your time is up and you have to exit the room.

I had fun, but I did feel the Providence location was laid out much better. Our drinks were not good and they were also great in Providence. I will most likely go to the Providence location from now on.

Most of the younger kids were well supervised and well behaved, but there were several slightly older crowd 10-15 yo that were yanking on doors that were clearly not yet ready.or trying to pry open doors without handles and I hate to imagine what they're trying to do once they got into the game rooms as the adults were clearly not going in with them. I do think if the rules were gently enforced, most of this could easily be controlled. My family loves the challenge and the challenges were all very engaging and appropriate

Staff were kind on my birthday. The staff made the experience. Always willing to assist. They were easy to locate & were quick and efficient with problem solving. Everyone had a cheerful demeanor. I will definitely be returning. The place itself is lots of fun

Better directions. Let people pick their skill levels. Not everyone is the same. We spent more time waiting than actually doing challenges. My kids were excited to go. The challenges were not well explained. They weren't set for all skill levels. My kids are pretty physical and couldn't complete most of the challenges.
