I'd love it if - for cases like mine where my kids are playing and I'm not - there were more comfortable places to sit.My kids had a great time - I didn't play personally - but instead I was able to sit and let them have a good time.

Team members were great getting us checked in, but they offered zero guidance in how the facility was laid out. I did not encounter a single team membere in our two hours on the floor who could assist with gameplay. Escape rooms were very challenging to figure out (time in the rooms was too little), even with the clues, and it was impossible to try and go back in due to long wait times. It felt like we spent most of our two hours there waiting. Wish there were more physical challenges.the food

Most rooms had issues and there were too many participants to truly enjoy the experience. It was a shame!My daughter wanted to go.

It was extremely loud, which made it somewhat harder to enjoy. I don't know if anything can be done about the noise level with the crowds and all the rooms, but maybe stop the ambient music?We enjoyed the two new rooms.

We were at Level 99 for our teen's birthday party, and we were offered a peek behind the scenes to chat with someone about how rooms are built and developed. It was very interesting to learn about the process of creating and maintaining the rooms!

I had a amazing time

We were stuck waiting for over 10 minutes then we had to fill out some waivers for the other individuals that were with me. It was so packed in that area was insane. Then there was wait times to get into each room I feel like people should know this before their visit because I honestly thought that was going to play out much smoother

The skyscraper room keeps failing us and I'm not convinced it's working (we'd earned 3 stars before so I think we know how it works). During peak times, the number of people admitted to the venue all but ruins the experience; when waits are multiple groups long and teens are dashing to cut in front and tap into rooms, it isn't fun. We purposely avoid those times. It's hard to ask you to "make less money," but if that was my first experience there I would have a totally different impression.Beating my previous axe run time.
