Loved the challenges! felt clean and had so much fun

Your previous section says 'select all that apply' in the 'who did you come with' section but you can only pick one!Also, all the employees were so nice. I liked that a lot of them had cool hair or accessories, it felt more like a place to have fun and made them feel more approachable. Everyone was super nice. This was tons of fun, always reccomending people stop by.There were a whole lot of fun rooms. We came in at a time when there were fewer people so we could do more of them without much wait. We had a really fantastic time, everyone was so friendly and there was so much to do. After a while we began to wish there were a few more things, but had a great time with everything we got to do. The new rooms were fantastic, and some of them had some really great soundtracks. The vibe of the whole place is incredible, it feels so lively and creative and I love all the art everywhere. Its clear there's a lot of love put into everything.

I wish the instructions were clearer on some of the rooms. Did not always know what to dospending time with my daughter!

Team cooperation games were the most rewarding.Enjoyed one on one battles, they were the most funGames were fast so waiting was minimal, that was a great bonus to the day.

there was way way to many people allowed in, i had to make reservations to get in but yet there was way to many people there. We had to wait well over 10 mins to get into some of the rooms. I get it more people more money. but it deters you from coming back as it was too crowdedbeing together as a family and trying to do the challenges together was fun.

The check in was ridiculous. We had never been, got told to have our kids check in at individual booths, they did but things went all weird because they were using the same reservation code. Then someone who actually knew what they were doing were like. 'oh just you should have done it and added people.' and then they tried to charge us an extra person because of this fiasco and they couldn't see who checked in to my reservation. Why? The machines pull up something!We got there early so lots of rooms to go through quickly

Instructions were very lacking on some rooms, rubies and lazer maze were two.Needs clocks in venue or stations to check how much time is left.Trivia and marble maze rooms. Duels are fun.

My friend broke her pants during one of the challenges (front button fell off) and the staff helped us get a safety pin. Very nice of them!!Me and my friends all wore out level 99 shirts that we got last time we were here. Some staff gave us a free hour because they liked our shirts and it made us very happy. We had an excellent time :)!!
