First time coming. Would have been nice to get a better explanation of how things work. Had issues with a couple rooms and there were no workers around to ask questions

I loved getting to do challenges with my friends it was a great bonding experience

The space was very loud and it was hard to hear. With games that require listening, this was a real challenge. My husband is hard of hearing, and that made it even more challenging.Seeing how excited my daughter was to be there. She's 9 and she was there were her two parents. She was so excited to be back. She was running around and couldn't wait for the next room.

I didn't get to ask about it, but I'm almost certain Unseen is broken. I've 3-starred nearly every room over 8 visits, but I don't try Unseen about once per visit and it regularly seems to just penalize us when we're completely certain the person has taken a step on to an allowed location, even in the easiest, earliest rounds. I'll ask about this next time, but unless I'm missing something it could use a fix. The only other room that I've ever encountered bugs with was 8-bit Lava long ago.

Yes, I was disappointed because 2 of my favorite rooms that were there years ago, were not there for this visit. One of them is a room, where toss a ball back and forth in between an elevated opening and you have to do it a certain amount of times before the time runs out. The second one was combination lock wheel. I was sad when a team member told me it was moved to the Providence location. I will make a trip to the providence location because I do yearn to play those two.Had lots of fun. That was my second time, the first time was years ago. I did a 2 hour visit this time and it left me wanting for me. Kept thinking about it all day today
