The manager of the restaurant and our server were both incredibly kind and made sure we didn’t have to rush through our meal to make our reservation time. The manager went above and beyond answering our questions about the games and how my (older) parents might be able to participate. He was genuinely helpful and I have relayed the excellent customer service we received to several friends already and recommended they go to Level 99.

I completely appreciate that a team member understood our desire to do one more thing and made it possible!I had no idea what we were walking into but the staff helped us get acclimated and then we were off. The ninja room was high on the list but we came for the swinging axes. Before we got to them we ran out of time, a team member kindly gave us each 15 more minutes and absolutely made our day!

Instruct that arrive early as the set up process takes time. We did not expect it to take as long as it did because we had accounts previously set up online. We lost 15 min playing time due to this. Parking made us arrive on time for our 11am online reservationVariety of challenges. Liked the one room challenge n it ended. The clues were a great help

N/AWith it being school vacation week, I really thought it was going to be mobbed and we'd spend a lot of time waiting for each room but that was not the case. It was really well laid out, we barely waited for anything the entire two hours and everything was in working order and available. I was really impressed.

After my third vist. Im looking forward to coming back soon!

The food needs workThe gaming rooms are so fun. We really enjoyed our time playing all the games together.
