Level99 was so fun! My only recommendation is that the instructions were each challenge were a little clearer. Some of the rooms' instructions were very vague so it took us doing it once to figure out how to do it then a second time to actually compete.

The entire experience was wonderful. We weren’t sure about getting the passes and they encouraged us to go in and check it out. We decided to go ahead with them, and I am so glad we did. We are in town for our wedding anniversary and it was so much fun to just be kids playing again. We had a beer at the bar and the bartender was very knowledgeable, hospitable, and kind. We already discussed going to a Level 99 near us with another couple in the future!

a majority of the rooms just place you in to do things without any tutorial and it's stressful and stupid

Thanks for a good time! I waited at the bar for ten minutes and the line never moved and no one addressed me. Eventually, I walked away. Also, we came in the rear entrance at Providence Place and were very confused about where to go or what to do. Once we got set up, the game rooms were awesome!

Overall, it was a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!! 3 boys, 15,14 and 12, they LOVED IT!! Bought 4 hour tickets and they didn't want to leave! My husband and I did some of the rooms, it was so much fun!

Everything was great - bar staff was incredibly slow and unorganized it seemed

Some rooms had no context, no anything to give you an idea of what you need to do, and you would lose right away.Some of the physical rooms were not designed for shorter people. It wasn't about having physical abilities, there were things I couldn't reach because of my height. Also I wish there was music or something I'm outside the rooms
