We ordered tickets on line. We had never been, could not find an associate to help us understand the concept or get our bracelets. Once we found an associate, he was very very helpful and stayed with us until we understood the concept. We had a blast and will come back with grandchildren.I was a bit too old,out of shape, or both to succeed at jumping or getting over under ropes but I loved that I could participate and be there with my family. We had a GREAT Day!

I think there should be numbers on each room so that we know which ones we've done.

Better instructions, and a game start timer for some games would be helpful. My son and I visited 26 rooms, and on multiple occasions we had no clue what the objective was, and upon failure are instructed to leave the room with no information about how we failed. Some games we failed almost immediately upon entering the room because we weren't standing in the correct place. The simple game of catch, over the piranha, we failed twice because the game started immediately and we had to reach past the sensors to collect a ball just to play.I did enjoy most of my time there, but there's room for improvement.

i really had a great experience with level 99. if i had a negative, it would be that 2 of the rooms were difficult for my son and i because were both short but thats a challenge for most people. lol
