We were celebrating my son’s graduation and everyone had a great time. It was our first visit and we all agreed it wouldn’t be our last. I loved to see the friendly competitiveness come out in everyone.

The games were so fun! I like the mix of physical and mental activities. Will definitely come back! The bar tenders were grandly and the drinks were great. I was also surprised we could take our drinks in to the activity rooms, however some of them you have to leave the drink outside or in a corner to complete the game.

It is disappointing to have some rooms closed for the whole time I was there. We enjoyed more of the rooms that everyone can play. Rooms like the Comic Book room playing sounds was our favorite. Too many of the rooms were down for maintenance or cleaning.

The software/interactive items were a bit glitchy this time. Password > the wheels/letters highlighted did not match the ones on the board (they were off by one letter). Mansion Pictures the touchpad to select the names for the pictures was not working. the mouse icon sat in the middle of the screen. The Magic Potion room > the green pot would always highlight regardless of anyone being near it. It made it hard to make potions when the green always highlighted. Seems like maybe just a bad software/computer day, never had this issue before.

Level 99 was so fun and unique! There was so much to do and even though it was busy in there, we were able to do many challenges with short wait times. I can’t wait to go back. I want to try the food next time. I had a delicious sour beer and the bartender was super nice.

I just recommended it to my colleagues and one wants to go to the more local (to her) level99 in Natick - with her grandmother! Her grandmother is apparently active and loves escape rooms. I looked online and it sounds like Natick might have more physical challenges - stuff that wouldn't be fun or possible for an 80 year old.I liked that you stated outside the rooms whether they were physical or mental, but it would be even more helpful if you had maps/guides that listed the room names that might be possible/accessible for people looking for more of a physical or more of a mental challenge.Do you have a listing of rooms that are handicap accessible? That might be a way to word such a listing without alienating people who don't want to think they are doing something a child or grandmother can do.We only bought 2 hour tickets, because we hadn't know what to expect, but if there had been a way to add on another hour we would have done it. We didn't have another 2 hours to spend, so did not want to spend another $70 for just one more hour.I loved the axe gauntlet, but even though we were there on a slow day, the line was always long. Having more than one such axe gauntlet (maybe mix it up with swords or jumping sharks or somesuch) would have been nice. The snacks were great, but my vegetarian daughter would have loved an Impossible burger or fake hot dog option. I know vegetarians are a fraction of your audience, but the fraction you consider should include family and friends of vegetarians - I couldn't order anything more substantial if my daughter could only order snacks. Also - do you take suggestions? We didn't go into all the rooms, so maybe you already have this:A walkway with a line down the middle, if you step off the line you lose. the walkway should be suspended inside a spinning cylinder with a glowing spiral painted all around you so it appears the walkway is tilting to the left or right depending on the direction of the spiral. It is super hard to walk straight in a vortex tunnel, but it is really fun to try - and I suspect it would work if you merely projected the spiral without necessarily having a genuinely spinning cylinder outside of it.The "invisible maze" would have been more fun if you were projecting more interesting objects to avoid as you hop across the floor. Like step stones over a rushing river with alligators, piranhas, snakes, snapping turtles trying to reach you.Arguing in the car on the way home about what was the best challenge there.
