I would suggest having more staff on the floors to monitor ignorant children banging on doors of rooms telling us to hurry up and get out as it’s very disturbing and distracting and takes away from the good experience. This was our second visit to the Providence location. Like last year, we bought an unlimited ticket so we could enjoy the entire day. Last year, when I asked a manager to comp our parking, he gladly obliged. This year we were told by the manager that she couldn't do that. I spent $180 on tickets and then had to spend an additional $32+ to park the cars. All-day tickets should come with parking benefits.spending time and having fun with the people I went with

How amazing the rooms were and how you came up with the challenges

It would be awesome to see what rooms are at each location and our progress in each. We visit both Natick and Providence locations and take pictures of the rooms/stars when we arrive and when we leave. It was awesome to see the updates on the check in screens to see our overall progress though! If we could only see that from home to see what we need to focus on. Trying to get higher up on the leaderboard!! I think I am close to top 25!!We love spending the day at Level 99!! Planning a trip to Virginia to visit the one there too!! :D

Could use a few more staff walking around if I had questionsFirst time - had. Blast with my kids ranging 8-13 . Food was delish and we did not wait long for each room! Will go again

Thank youThe crystal room seemed to be bugged but I'm not sure why. I informed the staff. Love the new email results. Wish you could see a bit more in depth, like the amount of stars in each room, what challenges you win and lose etc, but a very nice start. Very glad engine room and checkpoint are up and running again. I enjoyed getting 3 stars on them.

I would be interested in this being a girls night out or something an ad advertised as suchSome of the games were very fun. Recommend reducing the cost of the bar menu and finding better options. Also lower carb options.

We went for my 7 year olds birthday. When staff found this out, they gave us an extra 30 min of play time. It completely made my kids’ night. We had a blast
