We had a wonderful experience. Allie greeted us in a friendly manner when we arrived and Allie helped us get started with registering. Allie kicked off our time at level 99 in a huge way and we were laughing and having fun before we even entered the rooms.

This was our second visit. When we visit again, I would LOVE to find the air conditioning on (sweat should be caused by excitement, not heat) and the water coolers dispensing COLD (vs lukewarm) water. We also had trouble finding hand sanitizer - a few more dispensers would be nice.Finally, while the rooms were clean, in terms of debris, it did seem things hadn’t been washed/sanitized since our visit a year ago. We found our hands black and needing a wash several times. That said, I’m sure it’s nearly impossible to keep up with the need, but….you DID ask! ;)

This was the best experience I’ve had , we had a phenomenal crew member I believe his name was Ari ? Allie ? He had a purple crystal earring , he took such good care of us , it was my sons 10th birthday and he absolutely knocked it our of the park with his customer service , the food was awesome , the games were a blast ! Will for sure return

Staff is not very attentive, my wife took a fall right in front of the desk and it was like nothing happened, she is 78, not injured, we got her up, but no one at least came over and asked if she was ok, they couldn't be bothered.

This is honestly one of my favorite group activities. So fun!

My husband got injured within our first 15 minutes. The staff were unbelievably attentative, kind, and accommodating. They refunded our money and offered us tickets for a future experience. I was so comforted by the professionalism and generosity. It really felt like we were cared for as people and not just dollar signs walking through the door. I will recommend to everyone I know. 😊

I had a lot of fun. I will definitely be back. My husband and I took our niece and we all had a blast.

THIS PLACE IS SO FUN AND NOW I WANT TO TAKE EVERYONE I KNOW TO GO BACK AGAIN!
