It would be helpful if there were some kind of map so that you could keep track of what rooms you completed. It was a bit dizzying trying to figure that part out.

We did this as a February school vacation activity and it was well worth it. It wasn't as crowded as I expected and we didn't have to wait long at all for the rooms.We had so much fun figuring out the objective for each room. We all worked together and had lots of laughs. The physical ones were hildarious. For the rooms we didn't do well in, we wanted to go back in again once we had a better lay of the land.

We lost minutes waiting on a room that said almost ready and flagged down an employee who said sometimes it gets stuck so we lost quite a few minutes waiting around and didn’t get those minutes backMy 10 year old had a blast

Sometimes I feel like there are a bit too many people so alot of time is wasted waiting in line, but I do realize you have to make moneyI brought three boys, and seeing them have so much fun made me happy

I try to visit as often as possible but I do take one day a year to treat myself to a day pass and have friends join me throughout the day for fun and food. I did look into booking an event there at one point but packages were out of my price range and very limited for time range. However, due to the nature of your play options I was still able to have friends join me throughout the day! Thank you for everything you do!I have never had a negative experience at Level 99. There were a few rooms that malfunctioned but the staff were quick to repair and we were able to play again within minutes. Everyone was super helpful and professional!

I kinda want a refund. It wasn’t the best and It didn’t let me useThere was this one room that we kept on coming back to. It was very fun and actually engaging. It was the only one I really liked. 10/10

When I arrived, I had brought my daughter and her 4 friends. I was overwhelmed checking in and looking up their accounts. The guy at the check in was so patient and helpful! He then saw me inside and checked in with me again to make sure everything was going well. Two thumbs up! We will be back!
