I understand the state of the economy right now, but I don't necessarily believe that my two hours was worth the $40 per person price tag. This may not be true for everyone, but by the end of the experience my partner and I had spent a total of $130 that we feel would have been better spent elsewhere.Seeing my friends and completing challenges with them.

The bar and dining area seems to be understaffed. I could tell employees were completely overwhelmed. Part of my drink order was incorrect and it took a long time to correct it. Peviously the food presentation was lovely, but this time it seemed to be thrown haphhazardly on a tray when previously it had come in a container. I love Level99 and will be back, but the dining experience was disappointing.

The 'construct a skyscraper' room should be revamped. See how many players are actually getting stars in that room and then adjusting accordingly. Additionally, the blocks in that game room are worn and inhibit you from succeeding in the challenge. Thanks for considering this!Gameplay!

It would be neat to have self service kiosks to redeem food awardsLoved that there was a staff member going around with a beverage cart.

I don’t think drinks should be allowed in the challenge rooms since you can’t put them down anywhere and you often need both hands. We were unable to play a challenge because of a guest spilling their drink right before my group

We were evacuated due to a fire alarm. I feel we should have received time to make up for the loss. Also, when we ordered our food, we were told we would get a text when it was done. We never got a text. The food dried out and was mostly cold after the food died sitting on the counter. The lack of communication regarding the completion of the food after having to wait outside freezing without a purse or coat set a negative ending to the experience.Using the visit as a work team builder

I love everything about level 99, I’m a frequent visitor. The rooms, duels, art hunt, and food/drink are always amazing. There are some rooms that have never worked properly as far as visual scanning that I wish would be fixed, like the game where you stack the exercise balls in the blue squares, or the block tower building room which has never worked properly for me. Other than that, I love it and recommend it to eve

The music inside the rooms made it REALLY hard to hear each other when trying to solve the puzzlesI like the games that were a mix of physical and mental challenges or had quick reactions

I understand the need to drown out the sounds of the other rooms and players, but some of the rooms are way way too loud.I am an autistic person quite sensitive to sound and some are so loud I had to walk out and could not play them.Elements Mine is a good example, as well as the Crystal Visions room and the Family Portrait one. I would really love if the music and sound effects were quieted a bit. The crawling msxe room too.the rooms of course

Paying 30 dollars for 2 drinks to have to wait 20 minutes and then having to drink a cranberry juice with no vodka in it never seen such incompetence for a bar you have a bunch of employees behind there and they can’t do their job and are standing around instead of making drinks
