Tammy was incredible - enthusiastic, knew the different offerings, and was an incredible brand ambassador for Level99 - she should absolutely get recognition (and a raise)!

Keep up the good work!The laughter and fun we had and friendliness of the staff. They were encouraging when we weren’t sure what to do or where to go. This was our first experience.

There were way more kids than I expected after you read the website saying 13 yrs or older. We got there early enough to avoid children but as the day went along more and more kids definitely not teenagers either

We managed to complete the Ninja room with the zip line for the first time! Enormous fun. We failed at it many times in the past, and now we finally succeeded.

Give more explanation on what is a deal breaker for a room. For example "don't touch the water, its game over" or something so that people understand what will get them immediately kicked out. Having to wait a long time for a room and then immediately failing it, makes for a horrible experience.It felt super busy and cramped. Layout was confusing and we were waiting constantly to start rooms. All the touchable surfaces in the rooms were slimy and felt gross.

The only game room that we had trouble with was the standing ball maze, where you stand on top of the maze. We couldn’t find the ball in the beginning - but maybe that’s by design?The art!!

Check in process was a mess. It always is so challenging to check in. We took multiple kids some who purchased ahead and some who did not. It is never easy to connect their account to their band. Three kids had to visit the desk for help when their bands weren't working. Myself and other mom needed someone to help us through the kiosk to pair tickets to kids who purchased ahead.Kids had fun

The games are challenging which makes it fun.
