We had all prepaid for gameplay but had to register before starting. The registration process was a little too time consuming and we were confused as to where we needed to goThe games were very fun to play and all very different

if you could just have a simple 1-2 sentence printed plaque on the wall that said a brief instruction that would be great. the keypad w/ hints was cool and all but we weren't as a group reading each little thing. Just real simple since everything is timed- "get the ball on the stand using the bamboo sticks" ok cool go. we ran into most blindly just to see what it was, then back again if we didn't get it. also we wanted to get food and drinks after our time slot but they were closing it down.fun w/ friends

It was great fun experience. We all enjoyed it and want to visit again. The challenges had just enough information to get us going. Loved the variety of puzzles. It will be nice to open some challenges for single player options making it flexible if the entire group or partner cannot join the fun or needs a break.

Add more to the art hunt for those that found everything! Or something similar.As soon as we arrived, this lovely staff member Alley greeted us so amicably that I felt like I could chat with them all day and go to them for anything I needed. My group and I felt incredibly warm and welcomed by them and really felt like they enjoyed what they were doing.

It would be nice to rotate the rooms every few months so that I can go back every couple months and experience new rooms.I loved every part of my visit. I had no idea what to expect before coming and was confused about how it worked (I did not ask staff) but quickly figured things out and enjoyed every moment. The wait was reasonable for each room even on a Saturday night. Excellent experience. 10/10

The only thing confusing was the start time for a large party. It would be easier to have everyone check in as they arrive and have our time start when we are all ready to go

Silly sinking submarine… it was so incredibly fun and hilarious to play with my partner. We had a few issues with rooms, like submarine defuse I believe it is called. The arm did not go all the way to the floor to pick up the balls.

First time and would definitely come back. Not what I expected in a good way. 2 hr time window flew by due to having that much fun

It's hard to nail down just one thing. This is just an awesome experience, and we didn't even get to all the rooms, so we will be back!

I wish we could see our statistics online. The email says we three-starred one room but I have no idea which one. The email says we earned 30 or 33 stars, no idea which rooms though.The rooms were enjoyable and the facility was clean. Not terribly crowded which was nice and unexpected for a Sunday.
