We were there with our daughter and grandchildren (ages 12 and 13). It was a nice activity that we could participate in as a family. There were a variety of types of games that appealed to this wide age group.

Had a great time celebrating our son's 9th birthday.

Unfortunately I don't know her name but the waitress had a very dismissive attitude when asking for napkins and silverware after we already received our bites. She just gave as a side wave of her arms and said she will get them. I ended up getting them myself. The only identification might be bar #2 on our receiptLearning new interactive games

I would suggest having more staff on the floors to monitor ignorant children banging on doors of rooms telling us to hurry up and get out as it’s very disturbing and distracting and takes away from the good experience. This happened at multiple rooms and was extremely frustratingWas different and fun date night idea, cool vibes

This was our second visit to the Providence location. Like last year, we bought an unlimited ticket so we could enjoy the entire day. Last year, when I asked a manager to comp our parking, he gladly obliged. This year we were told by the manager that she couldn't do that. I spent $180 on tickets and then had to spend an additional $32+ to park the cars. All-day tickets should come with parking benefits.spending time and having fun with the people I went with

How amazing the rooms were and how you came up with the challenges

It would be awesome to see what rooms are at each location and our progress in each. We visit both Natick and Providence locations and take pictures of the rooms/stars when we arrive and when we leave. It was awesome to see the updates on the check in screens to see our overall progress though! If we could only see that from home to see what we need to focus on. Trying to get higher up on the leaderboard!! I think I am close to top 25!!We love spending the day at Level 99!! Planning a trip to Virginia to visit the one there too!! :D

Could use a few more staff walking around if I had questionsFirst time - had. Blast with my kids ranging 8-13 . Food was delish and we did not wait long for each room! Will go again
