Most of the physical challenge rooms were closed during my visit which was a disappointment. I counted roughly 7 rooms that I was looking forward to doing and they were shut down for repair or cleaning. I asked staff worker if they would open today and was told they would open shortly. A few hours later they were still closed. It was disappointing to see the “big ticket” rooms being shut down during my visit as I brought my friend intentionally to do those rooms.

We have visited Level99 more than five times, and this was unfortunately our first truly disappointing experience. Many of the rooms had a very strong odor that smelled like old socks. My kids commented that approximately 80% of the rooms smelled really bad, which made it difficult to enjoy the experience. We also noticed that the balls used in several of the game rooms were wet, which was unpleasant and raised concerns about cleanliness.I spoke with the manager, who explained that the facility gets very dirty over the weekend and that the only opportunity they have to thoroughly clean the rooms is on Monday mornings. While I appreciate the explanation, it was surprising and disappointing to see more than five rooms closed for cleaning during our visit. We’ve always enjoyed coming to Level99, which is why this visit was so disappointing. The premises were in the worst condition we’ve experienced, and the overall experience was far from what we’ve come to expect. At this point, I don’t think we’ll be returning anytime soon. I’m also debating whether to leave an honest Google review because I believe other guests should know what to expect. I truly hope this was an isolated incident and that the cleanliness issues are addressed so future visitors can have the experience we’ve enjoyed in the past.

I took 5 kids/family members ranging age 13 to 19, including a child with special needs, and they ALL really enjoyed it, which is a rare occurrence these days so we are grateful to find this establishment!

the venue was on the hotter side at the beginning just due to the sheer amount of people so some of the physical challenges were harder since everything was just covered in sweat. when the place felt like it was cooling off things were less sweaty in general.

The water stations are great but the water was warm; cold water would have made the overall experience better.

There should be in-room instructions for each game and examples for each game. The rules for many of the games were not clear. It is terrible and frustrating that game time begins as soon as you hit the arrow on the machine outside of the room before everyone can even enter. There should be a start button once you enter the room to begin the games. Very frustrating. If these things were done it would improve the experience. Otherwise, I will not return. The employees were nice but there were not enough of them.

Completely overwhelmed by sound and children as a neurodivergent person. In no way felt like a place for adults to play. I though it would be more like Beat the Bomb in DC with more structured order of rooms to do and no lines so that’s partly my fault. I also thought it would be rooms with clear instructions, I did not like the added layer of only getting hints of what you need to do. The lines are too long not to give more direction. Children were completely unaware of lines so I had to tell over 5 seperate kids that they are cutting line. Not sure why it is heavily marketed for adults. I should have done more research.

There was barely instructions for all the rooms - you went in and had to figure it out on the fly - which was annoying - hence one of the main reasons for my low rating. I've done another similar locaiton and there was a quick summary for all the rooms. Even reading the hints for some things did not help at all. I still don't know how you deal with the art puzzles. Average wait was like 2 minutes for rooms which felt like a while - i guess all the kids around didn't help with that. Some of the rooms just did not seem fun.

The overall experience was awesome. As more people arrived and the wait time started to increase, the experience declined. Less waiting would be a definite improvement.
