So many rooms were closed for construction so it was very annoying because we could not access them for the full two hours we were there.

The staff member who was assigned to check in my group of 6 was not friendly and didn't check me in properly. I had to go to the front desk to get checked in. One staff member that I asked how to lock the locker didn't know how they operated. All staff members should have that basic knowledge. The water at the fountains was luke warm and the AC seemed to not be working. The instructions on the games could have been clearer.

It was overcrowded during our visit

We were half way done with our time and my friend got injured badly, we had to leave due to medical emergency but the staff didn’t even care to give her another visit as it was her birthday. We were a group of 8 people who only used half time, staff could have at least refund her ticket just to make her feel better.Other people would have even blamed the company as they got injured while playing one of the game, but we politely got out of the game and it is surprising that there was no efforts from the management team to offer any good will gesture, they were just worried that we don’t blame them for anything.

For some games, you need to provide more clear directions

Loved the variety of rooms. Great menu options for food & the friendliest staff I’ve come across in a while! I live in Richmond VA, but will be making the drive back up just to see you guys again AND introduce our friend group to it!Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed level 99, however, it just got more and more crowded to the point. The wait to get into room was more than 10 minutes.

I really enjoy level 99. Please do not go out of business. I would cry 😭

Thought there were too many children running around. Also booked a time slot but seemed kind of pointless since it was very crowded. Should be a limit of people allowed in at on time frame. Rooms were fun and challenging. Very hot considering amount of people.
