Will there be more game rooms??

The highlight is thr VIBE. Family fun in a chill setting and good food.

Too much noise outside of the rooms that made it hard to hear to challenge.Family time

A map or list of rooms would be help to get aroundVariety in the rooms

It was fun but honestly you allow way too many people in at a time. It was outrageously crowded. I don’t recall a single door ready to play, we waited every time. We only got to see a fraction of the facility. We’re disappointed that player experience isn’t a priority but cramming people in to make money is.We had some good laughs.

The games

Your staff lost your key so there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. The team member gave the excuse of the key being lost but that's not acceptable. You should still have rolls of toilet paper in the stalls for ppl to wipe themselvesWhen my family and I walked in as first time visitors we had no clue as to what to do next outside of being instructed to sign in on the big screens. Once we were done, we didn't know what to do next so we wondered around and figured it out on our own. I believe that someone should also assist first time guest to understand why the attractions are and what to do. Since we had no clear guidance we left after 30 mins

The wait times made it a less than ideal experience.

the instructions were not always clear, some times we would have to try the room 3 times to understand the goal of the game or how to play itThe newness of it was fun

Games were super fun! Check in takes forever though if you have a group of 6 people who all have to make accounts, and it was really crowded when we first arrived- had to wait usually 8-10 min for each game which was too long
