Thank you!I didn’t know what to expect, but it was truly so much fun. I liked the room where we had to crawl and hit the buttons accompanied by symbols.

There should be some degree of soundproofing put in the rooms so that team members can hear each other over the din of screaming and conversation outside. Also, instructions/clues about how to play each game should be more specific and one should have a chance to glimpse them inside the rooms so that the 3 minutes for each room/game can be spent playing the game not figuring out what to do. Maximum score possible in a given room should also be available on some poster or something so that those trying to maximize scores can hit the high value rooms. Overall, while I enjoyed the idea of Level 99, I found most of the thrill of getting to play was lost due to the very loud screaming outside the actual rooms and the inability to know what to do once in a room. The clues were insufficient. If profit is the game, sure keep people frustrated so they come back to try to increase their score. But if a nice activity among friends is the goal (which will naturally encourage them to come back) then there's some additional work in soundproofing to be done. Also, you need to have more stations where you can update the art exhibits you saw. You should also have a Level99 employee roving around helping people or keeping the excitement going... kind of like in an actual carnival. good luck. The creativity of the idea.

If there was a map to show the different games and wait times like at universal it w outs help, and if it could keep track of once you’ve done before. We don’t know which ones we missed.I hope when we come back that the games that were down are fixed, and we can go when it’s less crowded. Also hope they add things so it’s not always the same. Really fun for a first time but returning to it will need updates.

Many of the rooms were broken, scanners not working or sensors not registering items. It was frustrating, especially when some of those rooms had been under maintenance that morning so we thought the problems for them had been fixed. Some of the other guests would leave trash in rooms or would be using items wrong (like slamming the dynamite sticks over and over) and a simple fix for that could be attendants telling them how to use it properly, or to stop what they’re doing. I’m sure that’s how some of the rooms broke.Getting there early in the day when they opened allowed us to play rooms with no crowds. It became very crowded after lunch time.

Sharing a fun time with my daughter. The ninja dojo was our favorite. Loved our time there.

Really fun experience! Please continue to keep/maintain everything as it is. If so, we will definitely be back!Loved our visit to Level99! It was truly such a fun experience with great customer service. The games were amazing and were an appropriate challenge for adults. I appreciated that there was a mix of both physical and mental challenges and that the staff really kept the space clean. I was also impressed that they could also serve high quality food at the venue and they could handle our groups special dietary needs and allergies.
