The overall experience was awesome. As more people arrived and the wait time started to increase, the experience declined. Less waiting would be a definite improvement.

It was hot and crowded. Every room had a wait. The time in each room was so short that you barely had time to figure it out. We visited a few rooms and left.

I think there should be more water stations and hand sanitizer stations.

Our family had a great time. Rooms were clean and functional. Food was great. Staff was friendly. We came when it opened. By noon, it was packed, and we had to wait for at least one group in each room. Consider limiting groups to allow for more rooms to be completed.

I thought the instructions for each of the rooms were poor. We spent way too much time today figuring out the rules/goals of each challenge. This whole thing is an interesting idea that was poorly executed.

I know it’s extremely hot outside but we were really sweaty the whole experience. Turn down the air :)

My only complaint is that my food was thrown away. We had a group reservation at 6 with food served until 7:30. We were given to go boxes so I packed up some to go since it was relatively early in the evening. Our host instructed us that we could leave out items in the private room we had so I left my boxed up food. I was very disappointed when I returned at the end of our event and found that they had cleaned and and threw everything away. Why throw away food that was obviously boxed up to go prior to the place closing?!

I felt like there should have more explanation when you arrived regarding what was what. How the rooms were split up, etc etc

Some challenge course instructions were vague and unclear. While it is cool that challenges scaled in difficulty vs number of participants, some challenges still felt optimized for a minimum or maximum number of participants, and was more difficult than necessary if your group wasn't around that number.

We had a lovely time and everyone had fun. The only thing I'd like to address is the number of managers that were introduced to me at check in. I think there were 5 people and that was way too many names to remember.
