it was fun and little to no wait times. i was able to play a lot of games and even repeat games. i think every room should have a place to hold your drinks so you don’t place it on the floor. the team members should ask if it’s your first playing so they can direct you, i had to ask for help but they were nice and willing to help.

This was the most fun I've experience of my life! I'm so happy we went! Love you guys!

More instructions please, and give time once in the room before starting...

The only let down was not knowing what happened at the end of each room. When the timer ends, the screen almost immediately switches to "Please Exit" or whatever. Please change it so that below the exit message, there is a summary of what you just did. For example: Working Burger: 2★ Time 2:48, or Level Incomplete 0★. It was really disappointing to have no idea if I did poorly or if I was close to 3★ or anything to motivate me to try again.

Several rooms were closed for cleaning or maintenance the entire four hours we were there. No room should be closed for cleaning for four hours!

There is so much to explore. A 2-hour block was perfect for someone for myself and my date at our age (61). We will definitely come back, probably with another couple as it seems like some of the rooms might be easier with a 4-some than with just 2 people.

We had a blast! We went for friends' birthday and it was a super fun girls' night out. No stress, no phones, just laughs and good times!

We had a great time at our event! Jennifer, Cedric, Heaven, and Jose were a great team. Everything went smoothly, I felt well supported as the POC. The games, food, and drinks were all exactly what we hoped for. Sandy was also tremendously helpful with planning our event. We're definitely excited to come back again!

The staff was wonderful. But it felt like half the rooms were closed for maintenance and/or cleaning.

Most of the physical challenge rooms were closed during my visit which was a disappointment. I counted roughly 7 rooms that I was looking forward to doing and they were shut down for repair or cleaning. I asked staff worker if they would open today and was told they would open shortly. A few hours later they were still closed. It was disappointing to see the “big ticket” rooms being shut down during my visit as I brought my friend intentionally to do those rooms.
