Recommend installing air fresheners/purifiers because some other guests contributed an odor to certain rooms/areas.

The staff was great, it really boiled down to not feeling like I knew enough about what I was supposed to be doing to have any fun. A simple prompt would have gone a long way to making it more fun. There should be an option to ask for hints if you want or after a certain time if people are really failing.

team members were nice in helping find certain things.. but they have so many team members and the rooms aren’t explained enough.. all they give is “tips and hints” which makes the room not fun when you walk into a room and can’t figure out what to do.. they should have team members near rooms to explain the room better. Alcohol drinks were nasty and expensive .. could’ve went to a fancy dining restaurant for cheaper drinks.. & food was 4/10.. wasent bad but pricey for value ..

The highlight of my visit was the freedom I had to explore and do whatever I would like to do. I enjoyed the food and the kind staff.

The variety of rooms and difficulty.

It was too packed to enjoy our time. For example, there are games that are easy to fail if you don’t know what you are doing. This is fine when it isn’t packed and you can try again. But when it’s packed, you wait 10 minutes to try again. This made it frustrating when we failed early and hard to feel like we’d mastered the challenge

Had a great time. Food was good. Have been telling people how much fun we've had since our experience. Can't wait to come back
