The last survey question is radial but worded as select all. Also I would recommend doing as much as you can to adjust instant fail rooms like the dojo or floor is lava. It really sucks to wait a while to get into a room only for one team member to accidentally end the experience just a few seconds in. The ones that allow for some degree of failure but just remove stars are much better.I most enjoyed the puzzle rooms, like the color light pattern room and the password guesser. I also enjoyed the dojo room. I had the most fun at the start when there were fewer people and shorter waits.

We accidentally purchased a ticket for a location in a different state, talked to the manager and they still let us play, assuring us our mistake was no issue! They were so welcoming, explained the whole place to us and our experience was amazing! Very clean, short wait-times, and overall a fun day having fun with my friends! We plan to come back and continue doing all the levels and passing them!

Accidentally made the reservation for the incorrect location. The staff was very friendly and accommodated us even though I made the mistake on the reservation. Had a blast. This was my groups first visit. Would definitely come back!

I would add a little shelf in the rooms to hold the drinks.The last room we played, we finally got three stars!

Only thing I didn't like, there needs to be explanation of the rooms prior to going in. If there was no wait, fine. Figuring it out is fineBut waiting 5 mins to get into a room and then quickly being out because you had no idea what to do was a bad experience.Yes. We clock the info before going in and sometimes that worked but often it wasn't really clear.Litterly a picture of what was in the room would help

Overall visit was great, staff is friendly. Lots of rooms were down on and off throughout the day. There was a decent amount of rooms that could use some work or didn’t work the best. That would be my only complaint.

Too many people were allowed to play at once. Every room had a wait and did not allow us to play rooms over again. Limiting the volume would have made us want to come again, but instead, we will try somewhere else in the future.

It would be helpful if there was an app with a map showing all the different rooms and allowing us to preview the rules of each room. It would also be nice to be able to track your status.There was a great variety of rooms and many different kinds of challenges which kept things interesting. We especially enjoyed how much the rooms made us think and work cooperatively with one another.
