Space void had circles that did not respond to touch so it really was unable to successfully be played

There were so many kids running around that the experience felt chaotic. Also, some of the rooms were closed, so wait times were a bit longer.I went on my 29th birthday with my family. The games were fun, especially the physical challenges. The decor was cool.

We were looking forward to this, especially since it advertises as an adult experience. We were quite disappointed by how many young kids there were, as in late elementary and middle school. It makes us less likely to return. We can get run over by rambunctious kids everywhere, and for less money.fun time with friends. We laughed and were able to enjoy our time together

Good experience overall. $30 would be more reasonable for what it is. Especially with it being busier, it was more expensive. That made it more frustrating. Paul h more money to wait longer.We had reservations, so we got in remotely quickly. The wait for the rooms was much longer than I would prefer. I think I would like it better with a more restricted number of people allowed at a time. Without having instructions, we got in some rooms and it went red. After waiting several minutes then had to get back in line again. That was very frustrating. It would be nice if some rooms could hold more than 6 people. We were a party of 7.

How quick we were able to go to each room and not have to wait too long. Each game was fun and interesting. The rooms were clean and was fun to play in.

The last survey question is radial but worded as select all. Also I would recommend doing as much as you can to adjust instant fail rooms like the dojo or floor is lava. It really sucks to wait a while to get into a room only for one team member to accidentally end the experience just a few seconds in. The ones that allow for some degree of failure but just remove stars are much better.I most enjoyed the puzzle rooms, like the color light pattern room and the password guesser. I also enjoyed the dojo room. I had the most fun at the start when there were fewer people and shorter waits.

We accidentally purchased a ticket for a location in a different state, talked to the manager and they still let us play, assuring us our mistake was no issue! They were so welcoming, explained the whole place to us and our experience was amazing! Very clean, short wait-times, and overall a fun day having fun with my friends! We plan to come back and continue doing all the levels and passing them!
