Fun and challenging

You guys need a directory or map.The experience

I wish there was some kind of map of the layout of the area so I could know which rooms are where. We spent a lot of time walking around. But overallI really enjoyed the gameplay rooms, it was fun figuring out the best way to complete certain rooms like Sugar Crash and the Pirate themed one with the jail cell. The difficulty level and type (mental, physical) was very helpful to see.

It’s expensive. More instructions would be helpful.Games were fun when you understand them.

Very disappointing experience. We had reservations that we had made 4 days in advance. Still had to wait in line. Once inside the place was packed. Over capacity for sure. Each game had 3-4 teams waiting in each room. Only positive is that after 3 rooms in 20 min the manager agreed to give us a full refund.No highlights

Too many people and having to wait for challenges, challenges were not fun. Will never visit again. Came with my 13, 11, and 17 year old. We were ready to go before the 2 hours we paid for.Nothing

I brought my family, my husband and my 3 teenage children. We purchased a 2 hour timeslot, which was approx $200. We did not take any breaks through out our time but we were only able to do 17-19 out of the 50 rooms. There were way too many people for the experience to be even slightly enjoyable. We spent more time waiting for a room than we actually spent interacting in the rooms. We do not feel we reeves remotely got the full experience. If we are required to have timeslots, the number of people allowed to be in the area needs to be more monitored. We were tripping over other people in every direction we turned.Bottom line, too many people in the area for this to be an enjoyable experience.The rooms we were able to do were fun

Very overcrowded. What is the point of reserving a time when you allow it to be so overcrowded that you spend most of your valuable and paid for time waiting in lines. Needless to say we won’t be back. It was not worth the money spent.

The bathrooms could be cleaner and stocked.Brand new customers and we could have used more guidance and instructions from the beginning. We didn’t know the concepts of the rooms because there was no instructions. Midway through the night we figured it out. We had some fun moments and may return again.

I guess it was just a mistake but I was overcharged for my order. I ordered 1 beer and was given receipt for 44$. Barmen left the bar pretty quickly and I noticed overcharge after a minute or so. Had to chase down the barmen to let him know. He said that he gave me receipts from previous person who didn’t pay and good thing I noticed. Return was processed but I’ll have to wait for a few days.We liked all rooms but lots of them were closed for maintenance. Also a little crowded and loud but i guess it’s part of the business.
