One of the workers, Franklin I think, chatted with us while we were waiting to enter a room. Gave us some tips, asked us about our favorite rooms so far and made some recommendations based on what we liked. He was awesome and seemed genuinely happy to help us.

Great experience

When walking in the employee seemed bothered that we were in the “reservations only” line because we didn’t have a reservation. The lines are not labeled though so we had no idea there were different lines; multiple people before and after us had the same issue.The computer password game room was by far the best game I played. I wish there were more games like it available.

most of the issues we experienced were lines because there were too many people in the area and being a 2 person group meant some of the rooms just were not hospitable to us.  Most of the game rooms were fun though the sound based ones were terrible.  There was a comic one that played sounds and you were supposed to click a button by the word of the sound but some of the sounds just did not match anything.  The bug squash game had a button that was unreachable with any of the balls. After we finished I stretched the tethered ball out to the button and there was an inch plus of room. It's very defeating when you know you didn't have a chance. Also instructions aren't given unless you click a symbol on the panel.  so the first time you go through you spend the whole time trying to figure out what the game is.  I sound very negative on it but there were some really fun games and we agreed that it would be way better with at least 3 people. Also the lack of single player rooms. When my wife wanted to take a break I tried to play a maze game and it wouldn't let me do it alone. Then I noticed a bunch of rooms would not allow me to play alone. I know it's a mostly group activity but something would be nice.the alien egg room. it would have been easier with more people but at least it could be worked with 2 people.

The staff was great! I came for a work event and it was a great experience . I would definitely come back!

A couple of the rooms said they were available but wouldn’t scan our bands so we couldn’t play. The room with the “lava” on the floor has a sensor problem. When the pedestal directly across the floor gets burned and someone just jumped off of it, it still says that they’re there and the game ends.Being with my family and having a fun time.

Would love to see updated rooms and challenges over time to keep the place interesting to return to each time
