Overall, we enjoyed the experience, but were disappointed by the design of some rooms. In the submarine room, it was too dark to read most of the labels. Several of the buttons in the comic book room were too high for any of us to reach. Also the star/points/rewards system seemed overly complicated. It wasn’t clear what to do when our time was up, so we just cut off our wristbands and left.We enjoyed the more mental challenges, like the dinner party, the portraits, and the crystals. The highlight was probably solving the dinner party puzzle.

We were told that we had the option to read clues for each game, but we didn't understand that there was no penalty for reading the clues. We should have read them for every game to reduce frustration. Sometimes, it wasn't clear what we were supposed to do so we made a critical mistake and the game was immediately over. That was no fun. Other times, we spent two minutes figuring out what the game was about and then we were out of time. So, especially if it's your first time, I recommend reading all of the clues. The Mansion Banquet was our favorite game because we had to communicate well to solve a logic puzzle and we were all pretty good at it.

We came as a school trip and it was very fun and interactive for the kids. They had a lot of fun and had to work together in each room to score points!

This was my first time there. I had so much fun! Next time maybe getting a longer pass so we can do all the activities. Some we did more than once

Only suggestions I’d give would be to have a little more staff and/or security available around the rooms to help when needed, and add more hand sanitizer stations throughout the building. Other than that, it was a really good experience.Took my son Korbin to Level99 for his 10th birthday this weekend and honestly had a great time. We had a party of 4 and stayed busy the whole time. A couple rooms were down for maintenance, but there was still more than enough to do so it really wasn’t a big deal. The challenges were fun, competitive, and actually made us work together and think. Staff was cool, the place was clean, and the energy in there was good all around. Korbin loved it and already wants to go back.Definitely worth checking out if you want to do something different with family or friends. I’ll be back for sure.

A lot of the challenges were hard to understand and if someone messed something up one time you had to leave right away and then another group was waiting right behind so you didn’t really get to circle back around to it. I wish there would’ve been a practice run first of some sort and then do the real thing. The camaraderie of the group I was with.

Keep up the good work and we'll keep coming back! Would be nice to have a 3-hour option and more affordable pricing though too.Games were a ton of fun! Some much harder than others, wish there was a 3-hour option for gameplay! The game instructions could've been clearer and the games under maintenance will hopefully be ready soon too!

I want to commend the manager who handled my injury quickly and compassion! I was overwhelmed! Our group of 4 did well w/ computer twists and just generally had fun trying the different games. Unfortunately one of our group fell on Ninja rope swing to small square and dislocated his finger from the knot on the rope, but the staff was quick to get him an ice bag. A big shout out to the manager who helped him again with getting a second ice bag. That unfortunate person was me! I still had a great time, but definitely want to come back and try other games physical and mental.
