Most of the rooms were confusing. The tips didn't help that much. It would be more fun if the instructions for each room were clearer. I would be more inclined to go back in that case.Fun activities to do as a family. Creative design.

I loved the rooms. They were challenging but fun.

A lot of a sensors were broken mostly the door sensors to know when someone left the room making us wait unnecessarily

The staff at Level99 were awesome! I can’t say enough good about their service, positive attitudes, and willingness to help out. The crew at Victory Brewery were simply abhorrent. I’ll never give them another cent of my money.Spending time with my adult children doing something we all enjoyed.

Just a recommendation but from a customer service experience you should find out what guest are there for birthdays etc and shout them out . It would be a nice special touch that would require no expense on your part. But just goes above n beyond the expected experience.The whole experience was such a vibe. We were there celebrating my grandson's 13th birthday and I think I had just as much fun as the children. I really loved the chair that spins and twist my daughter in love took a video with me and we all agreed I was having the best time in that chair.

Many games were closed for maintenance

You don't get enough time in the rooms to figure out what to do. Many rooms are hard to do with only 2 people. More explanation on what to do in the room would be very helpful. There were multiple rooms that didn't even give us the 4 minutes, as soon as we walked into the room it said we had to exit. Multiple rooms were very confusing & we had no idea what to do. It was very chaotic & we felt very rushed.N/A

Some rooms were out of order so didn’t get to playThe rooms that were physical were more fun. Some rooms like the plate setting one felt like it wasted my time

The art work was cool, too.Super friendly staff, had more fun than I expected to. The ninja rooms!

I discovered Level 99 through a google search while trying to plan something to do with friends for my birthday. When I discovered Level 99 I knew it was something I had to do. It was exactly what I wanted, a fun interactive time to hang out with friends. There was tons of different rooms which were all unique. I spent 8 hours there and still did not do all the rooms. Overall it was a blast.
