Overall, amazing experience. Could use a little security or staff patrolling the floor more often on a Friday night to deal with unruly teenagers.Really, really enjoyed the puzzles and games. My friend and I live three and a half hours away, and have driven twice to Tyson, specifically to visit Level 99. It hasn’t disappointed! The Magicians Assistant and Password are two of my favorite rooms, along with pinball. And the challenge of other rooms keeps me coming back, even though I am older and can’t do the physical challenges well, i have so much fun!

Please maintain your games more, there are some that weren’t in working order or needed some sprucing up to work wellThe duels and the games (except for a few that weren’t in working order or needed maintenance like the nuclear reactor)

Much better than an arcade. Arcade will have stupid games and you pay each time. Level99 has fun and creative games and i can go as much as I want within my time

The highlight of my visit was getting to pelt my wife with dodge balls because I sucked at hitting the targets behind her. She won that duel, by the way.

Our event experience at Level 99 Tysons was not great. The food was not replenished, there were not enough staff. The room was not private it was in an open area adjacent to a very crowded bar. Our team waited in line with everyone else to get a drink, not efficient. There was no one to take our beverage or additional food orders, help with questions or consistently clear tables. I was chasing down people all night to get our buffet replenished and then told it was only replenished for an hour at our package price. At this point, it had been less than an hour and we were out of chicken and salad. The value of this package is overpriced and the food provided to start was not enough for 58 guests. It took close to 30 minutes and several asks to get more salad. Not a great experience for guests. No one greeted us, or consistently checked-in; drink tickets were handed out as our team members checked in; some did not receive drink tickets and were told to use their bracelets. I was under the impression that I would receive the tickets as the host to hand out. I requested that on-site but that did not happen. The games were not very interestingOverall, the experience was not great and I would not recommend to my colleagues for a group event.Jennifer tried her best to make our event a success.

Overall, we enjoyed the experience, but were disappointed by the design of some rooms. In the submarine room, it was too dark to read most of the labels. Several of the buttons in the comic book room were too high for any of us to reach. Also the star/points/rewards system seemed overly complicated. It wasn’t clear what to do when our time was up, so we just cut off our wristbands and left.We enjoyed the more mental challenges, like the dinner party, the portraits, and the crystals. The highlight was probably solving the dinner party puzzle.

We were told that we had the option to read clues for each game, but we didn't understand that there was no penalty for reading the clues. We should have read them for every game to reduce frustration. Sometimes, it wasn't clear what we were supposed to do so we made a critical mistake and the game was immediately over. That was no fun. Other times, we spent two minutes figuring out what the game was about and then we were out of time. So, especially if it's your first time, I recommend reading all of the clues. The Mansion Banquet was our favorite game because we had to communicate well to solve a logic puzzle and we were all pretty good at it.
