It was very loud in the rooms and outside of the rooms. It made some challenges more difficult than intended. Some sound-proofing is highly recommended.

While we were there a fight broke out right in front of us. It took several minutes for team members to respond. We left shortly after

I had lots of fun and I will definitely come back, but I don’t like that some rooms just throw you into the activity and don’t explain what you need to do. I also don’t like the fact that some rooms will kick you out if you do one little mistake

Our first visit was completely unplanned—we stopped in to escape a rainy afternoon, not knowing what to expect. What we discovered exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the experience was welcoming, engaging, and thoughtfully executed. It’s rare to find a place that can turn a spontaneous visit into a memorable experience, but this did exactly that. We left already talking about our next visit and are excited to plan future parties and celebrations here. Highly recommended!

The time slots were overbooked and it was chaos. People were cutting and the lines to the rooms were 2 or 3 groups long. I spent more time waiting then playing. We were ready to leave after about 20 minute into our 2 hour time.we left with about an hour of time left.

It was way too crowded and felt overwhelming and unsafe for my kids. At one point, half the venue was closed off and they didn’t tell us why, which made the rest of the venue even more packed. My kids were scared. My husband and I brought our two kids.

A lot of the rooms were closed for maintenance which didn’t help with it already being so packed. This visit definitely wasn’t as good as my first visit.

Place seemed to be understaffed. Only saw and interacted with staff as I entered and then as I exited.Witnessed a number of unattended minors going around to games. Many looked to be younger than 10 years old.One of my friends had to deal with young girls dancing and recording themselves in the bathroom.Overall we had fun but would like to see the staff better supported and rules about minors enforced. We would be unhappy to loose such a fun experience if something bad happened because parents started treating your business as a place to drop-off kids.
