The downfall of our visit for me was losing game playing time. We paused for up to an hour, but getting serviced for food took awhile and we lost track of time. When we resumed we only had 17 min left so 43 min was lost due to the time in the restaurant. It would be nice to get a text or be told that we needed to keep track of the time. It was our first time there and we don't live in town so it sort of sucked to lose 43 whole minutes.Frank who served us was great. The food was the highlight of our visit.

This was our first time here and we had no idea what we were doing so it was more frustrating than it was fun. The front desk was not helpful giving us any guidance. Perhaps a video would’ve helped or some other customer service to get started. It was something different to do. I was able to have an activity with my young adult kids.

I love everything about Level99, with the exception of cleanliness and broken rooms. Although its understandable, the broken rooms and oily game parts make the experience slightly less than perfect.I love how each room is themed and the gameplay feels immersive and interactive, especially the more physical rooms. Level 99 distinguishes themselves apart from other entertainment centers because of the immersive stories. I felt like I was completing a mission as opposed to just chasing a high score.

Someone should point out the hints function to newA fun time with my friends. I love the variety of different games.

Perhaps, setting up stations or having game attendants scattered throughout the facility would be helpful to ensure guests can report when games aren't working properly or if we have questions (as opposed to requiring us to return to the front desk). All of the games/puzzles were interesting, clean and looked cool; however, several of the games (conincidentally, it was the 3-4 games that were easiest for us and we would've won out of the 15 or so we played) malfunctioned at the end resulting in 0 stars awarded, no "exit room" prompting, and a froze countdown timer despite completing the challenge flawlessly.

One of the rooms had a spilled drink in it. Perhaps reminders to not take food/Little to no wait times.

Sell limited tickets so everyone actually has an enjoyable experience. F&B wait time should not eat into the reservation time. We wasted 30-40 minutes just in line to order, get our order and actually get back to the game experience.

All in my group completed the waiver before arrival and it still took 30+ minutes to get checked in; ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! When I said something to two employees the response received "I just work here". Some of the games weren't functioning; as soon as you stepped in and it began, the system said please exit. Unfortunately, there were not enough staff on the floor to address the issue or to at least mark the room inoperable. Horribly ran and I will not be returning. Can't recommend. The only highlight to this visit was the fact that I was able to spend time with friends and family celebrating a 25th birthday. We also had an autistic individual with us and noise, lights, and number of people did not seem overwhelming so that was great in that he did not feel isolated and was able to participate in activities with us.
