The games were so much fun

It was fun completing the challenges with our group. I won't come on a weekend afternoon again. Too crowded. But even with all of the people running around, we didn't wait longer than 5 or 6 minutes for a room.

Great customer service. My daughter enjoyed her birthday party.

NoIt was terrible, waste of time. Waste of money. We only stayed for 30 minutes and we left and walked around the mall. We were better off doing the escape room inside the mall. Or Dave and Busters never ever ever this

The games could use better explanations. We had to play a few a couple times to understand what we were supposed to do.

It was a fun experience and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean. I just wish the games had a few more instructions or descriptions....was lost trying to understand some of them but maybe that's the point.

Adult-only hours would be nice!The physical game rooms and the creative art

The check-in process was really chaotic and unclear. It was too crowded and the game time was too short. It's impossible to succeed on the first try, bc the clock starts as soon as you open the door (even if you aren't all in yet) and by the time you figure out how to play, time is up. Or you make a game-ending mistake and get booted after only a few seconds, after waiting for a while to play. The games should have instructions (not just "hints"). It's a great concept but needs some work.Some of the games were pretty fun

It was a lot of fun, but very loud. I understand why you can go from room to room randomly, but I found that lack of order or structure a little annoying. I also understand that these are puzzles that you need to figure out, but when you fail a room, there should be some information as to what you can do better next time or something like that, because it's hard to tell if I was doing something wrong or if the room was just malfunctioning.It was a lot of fun, but very loud.
