N/AThe weight time for challenges were minimal and it was not as crowded as when we were leaving. The games were fun but I do wish the explanations on some games were a little clearer.

It was almost over crowded, I thought the amount of people would be limited because I had made an appointment. But there was almost too many people everything was a constant wait which gets old fastThe smile on my kids faces.

Your staff was friendly but not helpful. Friendly greeting but the willingness to assist or help out with registration lacked empathy. Quick to tell you to follow the instructions. When dealing with small or groups of 6 or more your staff should asked customer questions regarding their party and not have people standing around or push people to the side. While light blue tee shirts are everywhere on the floor. The need for better customer service - Shame on you !Competitive spirit versus the game challenge

Just making it through all of the rooms with my group. The reward system throughout the levels was fun to aim for and overall the quick turnover between games made the time fly by.

The variety of rooms and gameplay, I loved how there was a split between purely physical rooms, purely mental rooms, and rooms that had a fair split of both. I do think some of the physical rooms were way out of my personal abilities, but I'm sure others really enjoyed those rooms. I would appreciate more mentally challenging rooms with puzzling aspects
