Some of the attractions that required the use of balls were missing their balls. Otherwise, wonderful experience! Note: Mobile access to website does not seem to show how many puzzle pieces or coins got earned.

I think things would have been better with a little more upfront instruction for each game. half of the time is spent figuring out how each game works

A few games were out of order and a few others had broken components. Other than that, it was a great time.

The challenge rooms were super fun but I think that some of the games need brief instructions since the game kicks you out if you fail and not all of the rules to the games are self explanatory

The instructions to play the games were confusing, the time inside the room is not enouh.

One room with a game guy paused at one stop, didn't move to the next stop and needs to be fixed.

it can get a bit crowded and hard to find challenges without a long line

Had a great time! Even better than I expected. Better than lasertag or escape rooms,

The team members at the front were very helpful and friendly with answering our questions and checking in our large group. It was our family’s first time visiting and we all enjoyed ourselves. We look forward to coming back again!

Some of the sensors didn’t work too well:( for example, in the dinner party room, we checked over our answers a few times and only some of the answers registered. Also, when I initially bought the tickets earlier in the week, the staff was extremely welcoming and gave us a mini tour around the facility! We had positive interactions with at least two team members. Today, the staff felt nonexistent and/or rude, hence the 3 stars to balance out; the other day was excellent, yet today was eh. I think that it might be because younger staff worked today than the other day (I’m in my 20s myself, so this isn’t a “boomer” comment) Some were just rude high school/college student vibes.
