We came as a school trip and it was very fun and interactive for the kids. They had a lot of fun and had to work together in each room to score points!

This was my first time there. I had so much fun! Next time maybe getting a longer pass so we can do all the activities. Some we did more than once

Only suggestions I’d give would be to have a little more staff and/or security available around the rooms to help when needed, and add more hand sanitizer stations throughout the building. Other than that, it was a really good experience.Took my son Korbin to Level99 for his 10th birthday this weekend and honestly had a great time. We had a party of 4 and stayed busy the whole time. A couple rooms were down for maintenance, but there was still more than enough to do so it really wasn’t a big deal. The challenges were fun, competitive, and actually made us work together and think. Staff was cool, the place was clean, and the energy in there was good all around. Korbin loved it and already wants to go back.Definitely worth checking out if you want to do something different with family or friends. I’ll be back for sure.

The games were fun to play and it was pretty clean.

A lot of the challenges were hard to understand and if someone messed something up one time you had to leave right away and then another group was waiting right behind so you didn’t really get to circle back around to it. I wish there would’ve been a practice run first of some sort and then do the real thing. The camaraderie of the group I was with.

Keep up the good work and we'll keep coming back! Would be nice to have a 3-hour option and more affordable pricing though too.Games were a ton of fun! Some much harder than others, wish there was a 3-hour option for gameplay! The game instructions could've been clearer and the games under maintenance will hopefully be ready soon too!

I want to commend the manager who handled my injury quickly and compassion! I was overwhelmed! Our group of 4 did well w/ computer twists and just generally had fun trying the different games. Unfortunately one of our group fell on Ninja rope swing to small square and dislocated his finger from the knot on the rope, but the staff was quick to get him an ice bag. A big shout out to the manager who helped him again with getting a second ice bag. That unfortunate person was me! I still had a great time, but definitely want to come back and try other games physical and mental.

The games need to have some visual images included with the instructions. There were a couple games that were confusing to understand. The ample amount of challenges available. However, the place was too crowded and waiting on some games took more than 10 minutes.

Some of the rooms that required physical agility or strength were either dirty or sticky. Items where you need to grip or place your hands on felt grimy. Those hand sanitation stations came in clutch because of how gross some of the hands on rooms felt. A few rooms had items left from the previous group. Some of the rooms are incredibly confusing and took us one or two tries to get them. But it seemed that once you've completed a room you don't get any additional stars when repeating that room. That's an issue if it took you one or two times to even understand the game. It was incredibly warm and felt like the air conditioning wasn't working or that the space is poorly ventilated. Still, overall we had a great time and I would definitely come back. The claw machine game was a ton of fun.
